It was the best restaurant I went to in Italy!!
You absolutely have to order the octopus and scallops❤️
I visited on March 13th, right when they opened.
I heard it gets crowded, so I went at 12:00 PM, but they told me I could choose any seat I liked, and I got a window seat!
The atmosphere and the staff's service were wonderful, and the squid ink pasta I'd been wanting to try was exquisite! They kindly engaged in conversation with me despite my broken English and a little Italian, and I had a very pleasant time.
Also, if you visit this restaurant, you absolutely must try the tiramisu!
The tiramisu melted in my mouth; it was unlike any tiramisu I'd ever tasted. I was told it was made by Simo, who was there that day, and when I told him how delicious it was, he gave me truly excellent service!
It's also very close to the Rialto Bridge, so I highly recommend it!

Wow... the octopus dish is seriously the best dish of my life.
I don't usually write reviews, but I'm writing this because it was such a shock...
You absolutely MUST order the octopus dish.
We had a reservation for 8 at this restaurant.
The welcome was very warm, and the service was quick and friendly.
A special thank you to Niko for the service!

Had the linguine lobster which was delicious and done so well. The Tiramisu and Panna Cotta were great deserts, especially the Tiramisu. Service and atmosphere were terrific, wish I could go back.

Everything was delicious! 😋
Nico's Japanese was excellent, and it was a lot of fun! 👍
A perfect 5/5, and number 1 of the 7 restaurants we visited during our 7 nights in Venice. All 7 were very, very good, but this one remains the first and only. The dining room is immediately striking, dominated by a majestic Fabio Fornasier light fixture that takes pride of place in the center, a true invitation to visit Murano the next day. As for the meal: two starters, one an Antipasto misto Veneziano (a mix of shellfish and fish) and the other a burrata. Everything was perfect and incredibly fresh. And finally, the Tagliolini al nero di seppia (tagliolini in squid ink), simply succulent, not too salty, full of flavor and nuance in its simplicity—and we've tried them elsewhere. A small Venetian restaurant that champions good food and advocates for a delicious revolution (with fresh, high-quality ingredients, excellent execution, and a genuine desire to welcome guests). I highly recommend it! However, booking is strongly recommended, because like any good place, there are always people waiting for their seat.

We arrived around 12:30 on a Tuesday.
There was no line and we were able to enter right away.
The atmosphere and service from the staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed a relaxing and delicious meal.
We have fond memories of Italy now.
Thank you for the meal!

This was my second visit to Venice.
I made a reservation.
There was a mishap,
which delayed the food,
but the waiters
were very considerate. I'm very grateful.
The food was also delicious.
Thank you to Niko, Lindy, and the other three gentlemen whose names I don't know, for creating such wonderful memories.
😊
When they realized I was Japanese,
they spoke some basic Japanese to me.
I'd love to go again! 🌸
