Storico ristorante bresciano che offre una location un po' age' ma anche una cucina molto ben eseguita che tutto fa scordare. Da segnalare le orecchiette con le cime di rapa, i saltimbocca alla romana, il brasato ma soprattutto il rognone trifolato, veramente ottimo. Servizio attento e gentile. Correttissimo il rapporto qualita' prezzo.

Non ho parole per esprimere l'emozione dall'ingresso, all'elenco dei piatti da parte della proprietaria, con umiltà e gentilezza, come dovrebbero essere tutte le persone che lavorano in sala o dietro al banco di un bar.
