Had a great meal at this restaurant in a beautiful location. The terrace outside is very atmospheric and has a luxurious look. We were helped very friendly by Gerardo and his team. The dishes are truly Tuscan, and Gerardo gave an extensive explanation of how each dish was created. Beautiful wine list and therefore highly recommended!

A top-notch restaurant with Tuscan style and ambiance. The food and service are Michelin-star worthy. Well-dressed and the atmosphere is great. The wine selection is extremely good, and the wine is celebrated at the opening. A truly amazing experience. We'll be back.

Per un evento di famiglia abbiamo scelto il ristorante San Lucchese. Siamo stati molto bene, il servizio è gentile, presente ma discreto. Piatti ottimi e rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Il ristorante si trova in posizione panoramica, adiacente alla basilica francescana di San Lucchese e vicino alla Fortezza.

We had an excellent dinner here. For a first course we shared plums stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon which was most delicious. For a main course I ordered a pork fillet, which was one of the best meat dishes I've eaten. The meat was juicy and tender and the sauce was excellent. Highly recommended! The tiramisu we shared was also airy and not heavy. Everything was in moderation and excellent value for money. The service was courteous, attentive and fast. To this day it is the best Tuscan restaurant we have experienced. Highly recommend!

The food was tasty, but a bit of style over substance. I expected an outstanding carbonara, but it was very average. However, the beef cheeks melted in your mouth and were simply a piece of poetry. After receiving the menu, we waited 40 minutes for the staff to approach us. It's quite long and discouraging

10/07/2025: A Florentine steak unlike any other. Delicious meats, well-cooked and plentiful first courses, and a selection of platters like only Tuscany has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, with ample and accessible parking. Beautiful location and delicious food.
08/07/2025: There was no pizza on our day. Apparently it was barbecue day, but luckily! Here you can get steaks that are not only incredibly delicious, they are cooked to perfection exactly how you like them. On top of all that, the meat prices are very reasonable. Where else can you get a huge T-bone steak for €16? Half a liter of white or red wine, only €5, and 0.75 liter of water for €2. There is plenty of grass and space to run around in. If you're used to spare ribs that sit in the smoker for a long time, so they're tender and practically fall off the bone, you'll experience the exact opposite here! Here they're only grilled briefly and are unfortunately a brave test for the chewing gums and they absolutely refuse to come off the bone, so it's best not to order them, not even the grilled part. There's plenty of parking and seating. I would recommend making a reservation on the weekend. An agri-surismo that I can highly recommend! Molto bene, grazie mille!
