Ristorante San Giovanni In Amalfi

11/09/2024: Perfect place for spending a hot summer day, friendly staff, reasonable prices and an astonishing private beach. Overall it can get expensive, but considering that we were 4 people and with a car parking, 84 eur for a day pass with beds and umbrelas it isn't that bad. Once inside you can eat and drink your own stuff and prices are reasonable. I would suggest going early as they close at 17:30, and don't miss going up to the tower, the views from up there are amazing!

08/09/2024: Great beach club, not too crowded. Reasonable prices - €12 per chair and €6 for an umbrella. It’s not crowded so that was pleasant. The water is very clear and there’s a diving platform you jump off of. There’s no beach though it’s more of a ledge into the ocean so don’t expect sand. Also, the water is deep so be prepared to not touch the ground. The water does get a bit choppy because of the boats but that’s everywhere. Also, the food there is affordable as well - they have sandwiches and salads under €10. They just don’t have much options (but we weren’t looking for a dining experience so we didn’t care about that. Parking is €5 an hour or €30 a day. But be aware they charge you for a full hour so we got there at 12:30 and left at 3:30 but they charge you as if you got there at 12 and left at 4. Service was very good throughout from the parking attendants to the servers, everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. The one thing that could be improved though is the bathroom situation.
