Delicious, high-quality dishes, professional and friendly staff. We had excellent appetizers, definitely worth trying: the pumpkin mousse with salted ricotta and chestnut cream, the tartare with a unique mustard, and the spaghetti with cavolo nero pesto. Everything was truly excellent.

I visited here while on a trip.
Every dish was so elaborately prepared and amazing!
The 1.5kg steak was truly impressive!
It wasn't just big; it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor!
Everything was so delicious that I ended up going back two days in a row!

We were pleasantly surprised by the revisited cuisine. All the dishes were excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Our compliments to the entire staff. Special mention goes to the two-tone pappardelle (an unexpected ingredient in the dough) and the pear and mascarpone for dessert.
Definitely recommended and worth a try.

I have to tell you!
The location is beautiful and very well-kept, and the food is good... but for my taste, the portions were almost gourmet.
Personally, I prefer larger dishes. My girlfriend and I had a quail skewer, two beef steaks, and a half bottle of Montepulciano red wine. The price was a bit high, but overall, I ate well.

This was my best ever food in Italy; I did the pasta with pear and another with wild boar and then octopus for me; my mom did the beef and my sister did the specialty of place pigeon that was stunning all of them; wait I start with and antipasto awesome; and I usually not enjoy dessert but MAXIMO recomend us a pear with mascarpone and chocolate that was a beautiful taste fresh and sweat and creamy that I did never enjoy ever. I would like to say MAXIMO make our trip with the attention and class and the most ITALIAN CORTESY. GRAZIE DESIDERIO Y GRAZIE MILLE MAXIMO.

Found this restaurant as I was walking around in Siena and decided to give it a try for lunch on Christmas eve.
It didn't disappoint. I tried a tagliata and I was very satisfied.

A restaurant housed in a former deconsecrated church. The cuisine is traditional Tuscan, but with a personal touch that makes it unique. The homemade ravioli and slow-cooked pigeon are delicious. The service is impeccable. Congratulations!
