An Italian restaurant as it should be. Down-to-earth yet refined, simply delicious local food and warm, family-friendly service. All this in a wonderful antique atmosphere and setting. Over 4.5, so 5 points.

07/01/2026: Excellent restaurant located within the buildings of the Chiaravalle di Fiastra Abbey, near Tolentino. I couldn't fault anything; the atmosphere was simple yet elegant, and the service was fast, courteous, and helpful. Excellent value. I recommend the truffle carbonara, which is very creamy and features crispy, flavorful bacon. The Ascoli olives and desserts are also very good. The arrosticini were nothing special.
