Incredible experience! I'll start by describing the first course: ricotta ravioli with meat sauce. The ravioli are exceptional, with a firm dough that you can taste, and the artisanal ricotta filling is perfect. The meat sauce isn't too heavy or overpowering, as it should be for ravioli where the filling should also stand out. The level is raised with the cacio e ova balls, by far the best I've ever had. Fried but not heavy, the cheese is top-quality, and the sauce is perfect. The cheesecake is artisanal, and I've rarely had one of this level in a restaurant. The grilled meat was exceptional, and the baked potatoes were excellent. An absolute must-try for anyone in the area.

The San Bartolomeo restaurant has always been a guarantee of excellent cuisine. The rustic setting offers traditional local dishes.

I highly recommend it, everything was delicious, the service was super attentive, we will definitely be back!!!!

A simple restaurant, with simple but authentic dishes, a friendly waitress, and excellent wine...what more could you ask for? A fair bill...that's on the menu too.
