We tried a vegetarian menu and a cold cuts and cheese platter. As for the cutting boards, medium abundant quantity, average quality of the cold cuts, I was expecting something more gourmet, we appreciated the cooking part, the vegetarian one better for the originality of the preparations and the combinations. Medium-high prices. The only negative note is the noisy diners and the acoustics. Top service and courtesy!.

I try not to fall in love with Samsara cuisine, but it's too difficult. I have been coming to this restaurant every now and then for many years now, and it seems to me that the quality is always high. I hadn't been here since before COVID, I found some changes for the better (for example the veranda area is properly heated now and no unpleasant odors enter from the adjacent farm).
The vegetarian starter was as always rich and refined, the seitan scallops with mashed potatoes were a triumph of taste and the berry cheesecake was perfect.
Unfortunately, quality comes at a high price. But it's worth it.

Recommended by friends and chosen because there were various dishes on the menu for 2 friends who are one vegan and one vegetarian.
I would start with the service to say that it was a bit "distracted", the wine arrived after the starters and the starters were incomplete.
Let's move on to the Samsara location, located outside in a transparent and well-maintained gazebo a few minutes after our arrival even at a comfortable temperature.
The food... I didn't find anything special, we took the vegetarian starters as the slicer for the cured meats was broken.
Only 2 first courses present, of which it was a lasagna with vegetables which to my taste was nothing more than pasta with vegetables, no particular, special or different flavour. I leave 4 stars for the food because the quality of the products was very good.
Compared to the photos in the reviews, some dishes are different, such as the appetizer (perhaps it changes according to the season).

Restaurant in a tavern context inside the villa, under a very elegant and well-kept vault.
I was struck by the particular and original menu as in addition to the omnivorous version, there is a vegan version of everything, even with ingredients not common in restaurants.
Personally, I had the chickpea farinata as a starter, and seitan scallops with pepper sauce to eat.
All very tasty and good, without ever exaggerating in the balance of the components of the dish.
It was a very very pleasant dinner.

Beautiful place and atmosphere, unfortunately during the evening the light went out. The management of this unexpected event was not the best. We customers were left without updates or solutions since not all dishes could be cooked. We asked for information at least 3 times. Sitting at 8.15pm I had dinner at 10pm. Quality raw materials. We'll try again.

Excellent place, I have come here several times for birthdays or dinners with friends. The food is really good and the service is super friendly, in my opinion highly recommended because it also offers many vegan and vegetarian options. If you really had to find the needle in the haystack, the bathroom is outside the dining room and in winter it may not be the best on a cold day.
But as mentioned above, everything else is really great

La location è di ottimo valore, stasera abbiamo cenato ne la volta rossa, ambiente rustico ma nel contempo molto raffinato. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile con una più che buona accoglienza. Buoni i taglieri, ben assortiti con ottime materie prime. Tagliatelle fatte in casa con limone e ragù bianco di anatra buonissime ma la pasta è arrivata scotta, andava tolta almeno un minuto prima, brasato su letto di polenta di ottima fattura, carne tenerissima e abbondante (lo abbiamo addirittura diviso in due). Buono il tiramisù. Carta dei vini buona, proposte anche di birre artigianali. Prezzi nella norma: tre coperti, due taglieri, due tagliatelle, un brasato, un tiramisù, acqua, una birra artigianale da 50cl e una aranciata totale 113,00 €

Ieri (6/10) abbiamo festeggiato la cresima di nostro figlio con un rinfresco a dir poco superlativo . Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante che definirei una perla tutta da scoprire. Bella location, tranquilla e curata, personale educatissimo, discreto e al contempo presente per ogni esigenza, ottimi piatti cucinati egregiamente con una qualità superlativa delle materie prime e dei vini. Siamo stati coccolati fin dall'arrivo, prezzi onestissimi e una ospitalità davvero rara al giorno d'oggi. I nostri ospiti ne sono rimasti entusiasti. E anche noi! Grazie a tutto lo staff, avete reso la nostra ricorrenza un ricordo bellissimo!
