Un classico ristorante romano perfetto per chi vuole evitare la folla di turisti e godersi un’atmosfera tranquilla. La cucina tipica laziale è semplicemente deliziosa, con piatti che rispettano la tradizione locale. Il cibo è ottimo, e il servizio è impeccabile, con personale attento e cordiale. Consiglio vivamente la pasta all’amatriciana, ma tutto ciò che ho assaggiato è stato buono. Un’esperienza autentica che consiglio senza esitazione!

Ristorante alla vecchia maniera, si respira l’aria degli anni 90. Camerieri un po’ confusionari, oltre mezz’ora per prendere l’ordinazione ma successivamente il servizio è stato celere. Il ristorante era pieno, il cibo nella media. La gricia (o amatriciana bianca) era decisamente buona, peccato per la scarsa porzione. La carne buona ma senza eccellere. È un posto sicuramente consigliato per una cena tra amici senza troppe pretese. Prezzi in linea. Consigliato

A second home...we always return with pleasure: tradition and quality confirmed! Very rich starters: from hand-cut raw ham to fish salads, battered or grilled vegetables, various omelettes. The first courses recall tradition: the gricia is excellent! The grilled meats, the Giudia style artichokes and the stuffed courgette flowers are spectacular. In the evening it is possible to order pizzas; in the spring period it is always advisable to book (season of races at the Hippodrome and various banquets).

We had read some not so positive reviews, but then we went there to eat for a confirmation. I have to say that this place surprised us all positively! Extraordinary Jewish artichokes! Super provola, radicchio and speck risotto! Wonderful carbonara... and then, but not least, exceptional meat! All topped off by a staff who was super attentive to all the guests, with super generous portions and who even offered to take away what we couldn't finish! Overall, I can't wait to go back!!!

It is the restaurant of the past, same atmosphere, loyal customers or those who return perhaps not always but always willingly to taste all, but truly all the dishes of traditional Roman cuisine; from artichokes to Giudia, from beans with pork rinds, to veal stew with peas....pasta and chickpeas, amatriciana, carbonara and cheese and pepper...and really everything! They also make pizza, low as they like in Rome. I had the tail of the vaccinira which perhaps I had never eaten and if you feel languid as soon as you sit down, ask for the hand-cut ham with the hot focaccia. How nice that places like this where you feel at home endure.
