Ristorante Salvi is always a guarantee. For me it is the Sunday trattoria, the one where you go to eat with the family. It is a large but very welcoming place, excellent food cooked as it was once done, experienced waiters and very kind owners

A second home...we always return with pleasure: tradition and quality confirmed! Starters very rich in proposals, such as hand-cut raw ham or artichokes alla Giudia and alla romana. The first courses also recall tradition: excellent gricia and polenta with sausage and spare ribs. Spectacular grilled meat, braised meat and stuffed courgette flowers. You can't help but finish with the house desserts, tiramisu (excellent!) or tarts. In the evening you can order pizzas; especially in the spring period it is always advisable to book (race season at the Hippodrome and various banquets).

Prima volta qui, per una cena di lavoro con colleghi che provenivano da diverse regioni italiane. Soddisfattissimi. Non date retta a chi ha dato una stella. Puntatelle strepitose, amatriciana da urlo, tagliata super. Servizio veloce e competente.

Very large place with many seats. Friendly staff and quick service. We had an appetizer with cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by an excellent Giudia artichoke. Personally I tried the cacio e pepe and the spaghetti with clams, both of which I found quite good.

17/08/2025: We couldn't go back to Paris without going back to this place that my family loves! The Mozzarella prosciutto starter was truly excellent, with delicious products. You have to come for the setting and for the desserts. We can't wait for our next vacation so we can come back 🍝

01/07/2025: Excellent Italian pizzas and pasta. A very family-friendly atmosphere with local customers and few tourists in a quiet neighborhood. The service was very professional and friendly from the very first moment. He made us feel at home. A special mention to the manager, Giordano, a wonderful professional. We'll be back!
