Ristorante Salice Blu In Bellagio

We enjoyed every second in Salice Blu! The food, the service, and the environment are wonderful that if we visit Lake Como again, it’s a must-revisit restaurant. The wine pairing is amazing as well! I stayed in Lake Como for 5 days and it’s the BEST restaurant during my stay.

Authentic Italian homemade yummy food. The owners were present and serving the guest with utmost respect. Definitely must visit

My wife and I had lunch here and the food and service was next level! The chef Luigi came out personally and served dishes to the customers. Each course was amazing and the wine pairing was great. Camilla was our hostess and was very knowledgeable about the food and wines. She also ensured that my food was gluten free. The entire staff was excellent! We had a terrific time at the pizza making class with Luigi, Marco and the friendly staff at Salice Blu. If you’re looking for an authentic Bellagio experience with great food and plenty of laughs, this is the place.

We were guests of Chef Luigi Gandola and his wife for a dinner that I would describe as unforgettable. Everything was beautiful, from the presentation of the dishes to the attention to detail, and of course the food was delicious. We would like to compliment the entire staff and a special thank you to his wife Camilla, who looked after us throughout the evening and was always available and friendly. We came to Como to celebrate a dear friend John’s 50th birthday and had dinner at Salice Blu — an unforgettable experience. The food was extraordinary: the risotto with porcini mushrooms, freshly picked from the garden, was exquisite, and both the lamb and beef dishes were cooked to perfection. Beyond dinner, we were fortunate to have the restaurant cater breakfast for our villa throughout the week. Each morning, Camille, Fabricio, and Marco delivered fresh omelets and an assortment of meats and cheeses with impeccable service, adding comfort and delight to our stay. Chef Luigi and his team, along with Camille, Fabricio, and Marco, created not only memorable meals but also moments we will treasure. Salice Blu was truly one of the highlights of our time in Lake Como, and we cannot recommend it highly enough

The highlight of our trip! And it was an amazing trip. Luigi, head chef and manager, picked us up from our hotel and gave us an amazing experience. We got to tour the farm where he grows the fresh food. We also toured the dairy factory where the cheese is made. The cooking class was so much fun and the food was even better.
