New Year's Eve 2024 We had an excellent New Year's Eve in this restaurant! The meal was delicious, perfectly prepared and flavorful. The service was impeccable, fast and very professional. Chef Luigi Gondola and his wife were particularly welcoming and created a warm and friendly atmosphere. The evening ended in style with a great DJ, who entertained the end of the evening in an exceptional way. An unforgettable moment that we highly recommend! Franck and Sonia - France

Absolutely incredible experience at Salice Blu. Chef Luigi made our evening such a memorable experience. It’s not often you get to speak with the chef throughout the night and learn about all of the dishes, but that’s what you get here. Amazing food plus incredible service. Truly a gem of a restaurant.

Very expensive but very good, the waitress (owner?) was amazing as was the sommelier and you can tell every menu item and every wine pairing has had the utmost thought put into it.

The food was so good. We’ve been to many fine dining and Michelin star restaurants in NYC, Paris and Dublin. Salice Blu is in our top 3 now. Amazing food, good service, hands on Chef who also served as our sommelier, Camilla was so gracious and took time to answer so many questions.

Lovely restaurant just outside of Bellagio high on the hill. Gourmet cuisine with a home field touch. Everything is grown and created on site. The truffle risotto is made with truffles found by Charlotte the owners truffle dog. This is a non-miss spot if you’re visiting Bellagio.
