We had a fantastic dinner at Salice Blu. The food, wine, service and atmosphere were all great. Highly recommended.

This is my second time at Salice Blue and I'm always impressed. Luigi, his wife, and his team are incredibly personable and take you on a wonderful journey. Regional and seasonal cuisine, superbly presented in his own unique way. ☆☆☆☆☆

I had higher expectations for the food. The bread wasn't the freshest, and I expected breadsticks or small alternatives, considering it's a restaurant that bills itself as gourmet. Then, two tagliatelle forgotten on the stove ended up on my plate, burnt. Furthermore, I don't understand why, among so many first courses, they chose to include a mussel dish on the menu despite the location being on the lake. Obviously, I tried that dish out of curiosity, and of course, the mussels were frozen. €30 per dish isn't worth the quality. It's the usual chic restaurant for American tourists, and I'm sorry. The location and service were top-notch, but the dishes aren't up to par. I'm sorry.

If you are fond of fine Italian cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, Salice Blu would be a really great option. Hidden in a tranquil ‘out of the town’ area, this family run place would surprise all your senses with a lot of interesting discoveries. We have been there twice, first for a late lunch when we walked there from the Bellagio Lido. Although we had not booked and the restaurant was about to close, we were made very welcome by the owners. We enjoyed the food and hospitality so much that we chose to come back again next day for dinner, although this time we took a taxi. It’s a great place and we would certainly come back if we are ever in Bellagio again.

We love Luigi and Camilla so much we had them run our wedding in Lake Como. We’ve been coming back ever since! Food, wine, cocktail, dessert, atmosphere — everything is magical!

It was like entering a world of enchanting flavors, with the chef always ready to explain the magic of his garden, which he draws inspiration from to complement his dishes. Dishes constructed with authentic, authentic geometries and flavors, designed for true connoisseurs. The complexity of flavors embodied in his dishes and the scents of the lake, recognizable in every course and permeating the chic and elegant atmosphere, make the experience truly immersive, in a Bellagio that has always exuded elegance and beauty.

We stumbled upon this Italian family multigenerational gem of a restaurant after booking a private pizza making class with the hilarious and talented Chef Luigi who became fun Uncle Luigi to our 4yo and 1yo boys. When our baby cried during pizza making, he held him for us. He helped take pictures for us to document our experience. When we were late, he came to pick us up. Luigi and his crew warmed our hearts with their incredible hospitality and created this incredible and unique memory in our trip and our hectic life as parents with little kids. The food and wine was incredible and the restaurant was so beautiful. We wish we had enough time to come back for dinner or other experiences with them. I highly highly recommend checking them out at the restaurant or the wide variety of experiences they offer.
