For those who are satisfied, the clean room and the dated structure are perfect but for an overnight stay the friendly staff is fine

My family and I stayed at this property on the weekend of 7/8 December. The owner, while speaking, informed us that the management had changed a few days ago. We had a great time, he was very helpful and friendly, for the next morning he prepared an excellent buffet breakfast for us, with lots of choice and a truly delicious apple cake. Our room had a small balcony with a wonderful view. I looked for a hotel that wasn't very far from Courmayeur at an excellent price and I must say that I found it. I strongly recommend it.

We booked this hotel somewhat by chance and literally at the last second. I won't deny that I was a little scared by the comments from both Google and Booking. In reality we found a very courteous and helpful owner. Simple but clean hotel. I am allergic to dust and I didn't even sneeze. We also had breakfast and it was excellent. Simple, but with everything. Honestly, based on my experience, I can only say that I had a truly pleasant surprise.
