For those who are satisfied, the clean room and the dated structure are perfect but for an overnight stay the friendly staff is fine

Convenient location, excellent room and service and helpful and friendly staff

My family and I stayed at this property on the weekend of 7/8 December. The owner, while speaking, informed us that the management had changed a few days ago. We had a great time, he was very helpful and friendly, for the next morning he prepared an excellent buffet breakfast for us, with lots of choice and a truly delicious apple cake. Our room had a small balcony with a wonderful view. I looked for a hotel that wasn't very far from Courmayeur at an excellent price and I must say that I found it. I strongly recommend it.

We booked this hotel somewhat by chance and literally at the last second. I won't deny that I was a little scared by the comments from both Google and Booking. In reality we found a very courteous and helpful owner. Simple but clean hotel. I am allergic to dust and I didn't even sneeze. We also had breakfast and it was excellent. Simple, but with everything. Honestly, based on my experience, I can only say that I had a truly pleasant surprise.

Welcoming structure also for people who have physical difficulties. The owners are very kind and have a unique and rare humanity that is not easily found. God willing, we are already planning another stay, perhaps in the winter.
