The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. I wasn't thrilled with the tagliata, perhaps because we were so full, but it was good. The service was a real plus; Antonio and Lorenzo were really good and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

A must in Marina Franca. Local and non-local dishes. Welcoming place and friendly staff. Fair prices. Everything good. Recommended appetizers and tagliata with porcini mushrooms.

Historic restaurant in Martina Franca, one of my favorites since I was a boy. Traditional menu, excellent service from experienced, not untrained, waiters. Specialties of the traditional cuisine of the Itria Valley include meat ragù, orecchiette with turnips, broad beans, and chicory. Excellent dairy products, burrata, and local cheeses, including caciocavallo. Delicious appetizers and small birds. Grilled vegetables, and finally, exquisite roasts of bombette, lamb, and livers. In short, traditional Apulian cuisine. Pay attention to the bread: always fresh, firm, heavy, but with a crispy, firm crust—typical of these places. In short, it's a restaurant you go to and you can be sure you won't be disappointed! Highly recommended. N.B.: The carpaccio with arugula and parmesan was fantastic!!! 😍

24.10.2025, two of us came and ordered: 2 appetizers, 2 steaks, 2 chicory, 1 carpaccio, 2 bitters, 2 desserts, and 1 beer. 🍺 a liter, 114.00, discounted at 100 euros. I think it's too expensive...!!! The food was excellent. 💯

Siamo stati al Ristorante Sagittario su suggerimento di un amico del posto, di Martina Franca, e non possiamo che ringraziarlo per l’ottimo consiglio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: il cibo era tutto molto buono, con sapori autentici e curati, ma ciò che ha davvero superato ogni aspettativa è stato il servizio del cameriere Antonio, di Ferrara. Gentile, attento e sempre sorridente, ha reso la nostra serata particolarmente piacevole, facendoci sentire accolti come a casa. Un’esperienza che ripeteremo, dato che, come promesso ad Antonio, torneremo sicuramente!

Dire spettacolare è poco. Accoglienza ottima, personale molto cortese. Menù vario e cibi ottimi di gusto e sapore. Super consigliato
