Ristorante Sa Corte In Oliena

My partner and I decided to have lunch at Locanda Sa Corte while we were touring Oliena. We had a wonderful lunch, sampling traditional Sardinian dishes with a modern twist—decidedly delicious!

A comfortable and peaceful stay. Mrs. Giovanna truly pampered us in her establishment. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

We stayed overnight and had dinner here. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the owner is always available. I recommend it to everyone.

In Oliena, in the heart of Barbagia: Sa Corte, a unique welcome and excellent cuisine. The chef is brilliant, as is Giovanna, the mother, who carefully and lovingly prepares her amazing desserts, a treat for the palate and the heart.

Sa Corte restaurant was a wonderful end-of-vacation discovery. We never expected to find such high-quality cuisine: excellent ingredients and dishes deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition, prepared and presented with great care. The young chef's touch is evident and appreciated in his ability to showcase the ingredients and offer traditional recipes with a modern twist, playing with textures and pairings: the cannoli filled with goat cheese, truffle, and myrtle reduction, the onions in Nepenthe, the green culurgiones with orange reduction, and crispy cheese wafers, are fabulous. The desserts are also excellent. Kudos also to the "hostess" for her kindness, expertise, and passion.

We came here to eat twice, the food was delicious and had many traditional dishes. The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely return

The place where we dined was very pleasant, but the dinner was absolutely inconsistent with its fame and Michelin stars. Very little choice on a Saturday night, and the food served was absolutely mediocre.

Words can't describe all the wonderful sensations and emotions that Giovanna, the hospitable lady of the establishment, gave us... from the traditional care of the dining room to the ingenious touch of the dishes and the comfort of the rooms. But all in all, it gave us a unique, relaxing, and warmly welcoming atmosphere! Well done, Giovanna... We will come to Oliena again because you are the symbol of passion and entrepreneurial ability in this delicate sector where the true flavor of this extraordinary land of Sardinia can be perceived!
