An unforgettable stay! We spent four nights at the Schgaguler Hotel and enjoyed every second. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and incredibly attentive - you always had the feeling that you were welcome and that your every wish was being fulfilled. Truly a first class service. The host family was always present, which gave the stay a very special personal touch. The cleanliness and hygiene concept in the hotel are impressive. The rooms were cleaned immaculately twice daily, and the public areas were also impeccably maintained - even salt and pepper shakers were cleaned after each guest. This shows how much care is taken here. The spa and sauna area was always lovingly prepared, with candlelight for perfect relaxation. My personal highlight of the holiday was Heidi's massage - without exaggeration the best and most beneficial I've ever had. Thanks to the half board, we were well catered for: the breakfast and the four-course evening meal were delicious and really left nothing to be desired. A special treat were the excellent cocktails that we were able to enjoy in the beautiful lounge. The stylish and cozy lounge area with log fire provided a perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind after dinner. All in all, an exceptional stay at the Schgaguler Hotel – we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Simply a great hotel. We were guests of Team Schgaguler for a week in October 2024. The house is simply beautiful, everything decorated in a Japanese modern and fresh style. The rooms are bright, the beds are excellent and the spa area is spacious. Schgaguler is particularly characterized by the top service and the very knowledgeable staff. Friendly and flexible without appearing stiff. The bar at Schgaguler with its high ceilings and great interior is unbeatable. I can only recommend a holiday there.

Truly memorable off-season stay. The recently modernized hotel is a structure that works perfectly like an oiled machine with attentive and friendly staff. We were there with our daughter and they made us feel at home, from Gina at the reception to the kitchen and dining room staff, Sergio, Giacinto, the Chef (excellence of our lands) and all his staff in the kitchen. I also applaud Peter with his excellent cocktails and Sandra for her wise advice in the dining room. Attention to the customer is a strong point as is the quality of the cuisine presented. Nice spa, good massages. The only sore point to present to the management is the truly excessive price of water which in an area like this should be offered at an ethical and not luxury price. The structure can earn 9 euros per glass of wine and does not need to earn on water. We will definitely be back!

We chose this as a luxury break while in the Dolomites, and what an amazing place it is. We had one of the 'lesser' apartments - I can only imagine what the hotel rooms and suites were like. We also chose the half-board option, which had phenomenal food. The service was magnificent, the furniture and fitting top class, and the views beyond expectation. We hope to get back there again one day.

Wonderful hotel!!! Everyone is very kind, helpful, friendly, attentive to every need of the customer. The rooms are very well furnished, spacious, clean, bright. The wellness area is very well looked after. The gym is well equipped. The food is superb and the service is excellent. The wines are excellent and Sandra is very knowledgeable. I would say everything is perfect!

I don't usually give 5 stars across the board, but this hotel felt like 5 stars. It felt pretty luxurious and peaceful. The interior design of this hotel was phenomenal, beautiful, flawless. The rooms were great. The service was top-notch. The location was amazing. We loved being greeted with friendly service and a welcome drink. We also loved that we didn't have to lug our heavy baggage to our room. Our hotel room was neatly decorated, clean, and simple. Great views of the Dolomites and the towns below. Service was top-notch. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. We got dinner at the hotel and the food was fresh and so delicious. The food came out fairly fast. Great selection of cocktails and wines. The location of the hotel allowed for great views of the Dolomites. The hotel was fairly central to everything else in Kastelruth. We enjoyed taking a late night swim in the pool and hot tub when no one else was there. The spa services were all booked up but sounded luxurious and high-quality. I highly recommend this hotel!!

A wonderful hotel, from the furnishings to the impeccable service. Excellent cuisine, excellent beautician. In short: we hope to be able to repeat the experience as soon as possible!

I spent 4 nights at the Schgaguler Hotel at the end of July. From the first moment I was warmly welcomed and felt completely at home. The booking processing and correspondence in advance went smoothly. To check-in you can drive directly to the hotel and the car will then be parked in the hotel garage for you (underground parking was worth its weight in gold in the hot temperatures). The hotel impresses above all with its great architecture and great service. Beautiful room with a great view of the Schlern. Spa area is good for relaxing after a strenuous hike. The food is also to be praised: breakfast, cake in the afternoon and dinner as part of the half board package left nothing to be desired. The prices for drinks were also super fair. I also took part in one of the organized hikes. I wouldn't have thought I could do the hike alone, so it was great to have an experienced mountain guide with me. Hiking sticks can also be borrowed free of charge at reception. The location of the hotel is great for trips to the Seiser Alm (great bus connection to the valley station in Seis), Seceda and Co. Spacious and very well furnished rooms albeit with less than functional services (ouch!.... the architects). Very courteous and professional staff. Delicious food, excellent breakfast. Excellent choice of wines. The sommelier is smart. We had a really good time.
