Wonderful Hotel! We spent 3 nights here before leaving today on a 6 day ski safari. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice. Spa facilities are very clean and diverse. And the food is excellent! They set us up with free bus fare and an easy to understand winter walking map through beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We highly recommend!

Excellent hotel that I recommend 200%! Sublime design, large family room with a view, gourmet restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals morning and evening, complimentary afternoon tea every day in the beautiful bar, large spa, excellent service and welcome. We were charmed! Everything was perfect! Perhaps the only thing missing is a large outdoor pool like those often seen in Dolomite hotels, but the hotel's location in the center of Castelrotto village doesn't allow for that. Thank you for everything!

We love this hotel so much 🤩 our second time staying for a week of ski holidays and we are already planning to come back again next year. The design of the hotel is stunning, the staff is exceptional, the food (breakfast, afternoon cake, 5-course dinner) of very high quality and they graciously accommodated us as vegans, the outdoor hot tub with mountain views delightful…all perfect. Simple, perfect, minimalist style. I love Carl Hanson & Søn's furniture. From the rooms to the public areas, everything is designed just right, without any redundancy. It perfectly matches my aesthetic. The restaurant food was also delicious, and everyone was very nice and provided excellent service.

This was one of the best hotel stays of my life! Beautiful interiors, great attention to detail, and always smiling, kind staff. First of all, Sandra, the hotel owner, works side by side with the waitresses in the restaurant. She is always smiling and happy to help and give advice. Second, all the staff, from reception, bar, and restaurant to the concierge and cleaning team, are incredibly warm and friendly. I have never met such a lovely team before. Third: the dinners. Fine dining every evening, everything was AMAZING. They also had no problem adjusting meals because of food allergies. Fourth: attention to detail. Merino wool and silk blankets and pillows, beautiful flower arrangements all over the hotel, everything clean and simply BEAUTIFUL. We felt truly cared for, relaxed, and at home. The atmosphere was friendly and natural, without any stress or disappointment. The hotel is located in a lovely small town, just 2 minutes from the bus stop. The bus takes you to Alpe di Siusi in about 10 minutes, right to the ski area. The hotel provides the bus ticket. Also, nearby there is a large grocery store, a pharmacy, and several restaurants. The hotel has parking. 100/10!!! I highly recommend this place with all my heart!

We stayed at the Schgaguler Hotel and felt welcomed like real guests, not just customers. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful, including the valet. We had dinner at the hotel one evening: delicious food and impeccable service. Breakfast was also very generous, with freshly prepared dishes. The bar is very nice and offers a splendid view. The location is excellent for skiing and easy access to the surrounding area. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and had a wonderful view, especially in the snow. The pool and wellness area was relaxing and well-maintained. It was a truly relaxing stay: we'll definitely be back!

We've been coming back to the Schgaguler for several years now – and each time we're thrilled. The architecture, the high-quality materials, and the meticulously thought-out design are exceptional and create an atmosphere that is timeless, tranquil, and inspiring all at once. The hotel sets culinary standards: The à la carte breakfast is a delight and leaves nothing to be desired, while the dinner menu impresses with gourmet cuisine, creativity, and the highest quality. Every course is composed with great care and attention to detail. As impressive as all of this is, ultimately it's the people who make the stay perfect: the friendly doorman, the competent and attentive receptionist, the charming bar staff, and the highly trained, warm, and professional service team. Here, you don't just feel welcome, but truly seen and valued. We've stayed in many five-star hotels around the world – and the Schgaguler definitely operates at an international five-star level. It is without a doubt one of my absolute favorite hotels. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

My wife and I absolutely love this hotel. We've stayed there several times and are always amazed by the family's friendliness, the service, the rooms, the drinks, and the delicious food and wine.
