A wellness oasis It's beautifully furnished and very clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent. The spa area is a dream, and the gym has everything you need for a vacation. What really impressed us, though, was the entire staff. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness are impressive. Where do you find such employees? I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.

😊‼️exceptional I've been to many hotels around the world, but this is probably one of the best, if not the best. The only thing that should be changed is adding a glass door that closes off the shower. Since it's open to the room, it's cool to shower in February, even though the room is well heated. Beyond that, there are no words to describe the courtesy of the service, generosity, cleanliness, comfort and availability, including the high level of maintenance. The architecture and interior design are perfect, including the materials used. Breakfast and dinner are wonderful, varied and very tasty. Great and spacious gym. Heated and fun pool and children's pool. Excellent spa treatments, a variety of saunas. Unplanned hospitality is second to none, including alcohol gel kits and hand cream in every corner of the public areas.

We spent our winter vacation here with the family and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. The food was very healthy and served in perfect portions. We never felt like we'd overeaten. The only downside was the delivery truck, which made a lot of noise at 6:00 a.m. It's not a pleasant experience to be woken up so early on vacation. We would come back anytime. Top hotel 👍

Do not hesitate and book this place immediately! I could write a very long review about our experience with Schgaguler Hotel, but I’ll try to keep it short. Everything was AMAZING. Food, design, coffee, cocktails, music, facilities and most importantly SERVICE! Everyone is incredible. However, I do want to give a special shout out to Peters (both Peter from the bar and Peter at the reception desk / service), Simon, Sandra and the room service team. You guys have made our stay as smooth as possible and we will miss your attention to details a lot. Truthfully. Thank you for everything. We will always recommend your incredible hotel to everyone we know.

We stayed here twice and both times is was a phenomenal experience, so we’ll be back again for sure and highly recommend this hotel. We love the elegant and modern design, the cozy bar and the large spa area with pool and excellent treatments. The restaurant is superb (and even preparing a daily changing gluten-free menu!) and the sommelier Sandra is just awesome so we always had a local wine perfectly matching the food and our taste. Generally it’s the staff that makes the difference: really everyone is going above and beyond. We felt so unbelievably welcome for every second of our stays and really look forward to our next one.

An unforgettable stay! We spent four nights at the Schgaguler Hotel and enjoyed every second. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and incredibly attentive - you always had the feeling that you were welcome and that your every wish was being fulfilled. Truly a first class service. The host family was always present, which gave the stay a very special personal touch. The cleanliness and hygiene concept in the hotel are impressive. The rooms were cleaned immaculately twice daily, and the public areas were also impeccably maintained - even salt and pepper shakers were cleaned after each guest. This shows how much care is taken here. The spa and sauna area was always lovingly prepared, with candlelight for perfect relaxation. My personal highlight of the holiday was Heidi's massage - without exaggeration the best and most beneficial I've ever had. Thanks to the half board, we were well catered for: the breakfast and the four-course evening meal were delicious and really left nothing to be desired. A special treat were the excellent cocktails that we were able to enjoy in the beautiful lounge. The stylish and cozy lounge area with log fire provided a perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind after dinner. All in all, an exceptional stay at the Schgaguler Hotel – we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Simply a great hotel. We were guests of Team Schgaguler for a week in October 2024. The house is simply beautiful, everything decorated in a Japanese modern and fresh style. The rooms are bright, the beds are excellent and the spa area is spacious. Schgaguler is particularly characterized by the top service and the very knowledgeable staff. Friendly and flexible without appearing stiff. The bar at Schgaguler with its high ceilings and great interior is unbeatable. I can only recommend a holiday there.

Truly memorable off-season stay. The recently modernized hotel is a structure that works perfectly like an oiled machine with attentive and friendly staff. We were there with our daughter and they made us feel at home, from Gina at the reception to the kitchen and dining room staff, Sergio, Giacinto, the Chef (excellence of our lands) and all his staff in the kitchen. I also applaud Peter with his excellent cocktails and Sandra for her wise advice in the dining room. Attention to the customer is a strong point as is the quality of the cuisine presented. Nice spa, good massages. The only sore point to present to the management is the truly excessive price of water which in an area like this should be offered at an ethical and not luxury price. The structure can earn 9 euros per glass of wine and does not need to earn on water. We will definitely be back!
