Great staff!!! Very funny, friendly and extremely helpful. The food is delicious and dirt cheap.

We were in this restaurant 3 times, our first two visits were just to drink a cocktail and everything was perfect, the waiters were very friendly etc... However, the third time we wanted to eat we waited over 40 minutes for our water and the order for our food was never taken

We actually only drank cocktails and in the evening the service was always great. We went back there today because we wanted to eat something, ordered water but it never arrived. The waiter today was also not in a good mood and simply rude.

We were looking for something other than a tourist trap restaurant and we found a place where the staff is very pleasant, the seafood pasta is plentiful and very good. Soft drinks for €3 were really good. I recommend this restaurant, you can go there with your eyes closed.

We arrived late because our flight was delayed and they still gave us two pizzas for dinner that were delicious. Since the service and food were so good, we decided to return two days ago and once again they surprised us with some delicious dishes and 10-rated attention. If we can, we intend to return before leaving Rome and we will recommend it to everyone who comes to know this city.

We arrived at 11:30 p.m. hungry from the trip and the truth is that they treated us very well knowing that it was a difficult time for dinner but they managed to get us two great pizzas!!! Correct price quality!! Thank you for the service!!

Rossi Tiziano is just a few minutes' walk from Termini railway station in Rome and offers classic Italian cuisine in modern premises. The restaurant also offers outdoor dining at street level. We visited the place at lunchtime and there were many guests present. A majority of the visitors were Italians and it seemed that the eatery was popular with the locals. We were quickly seen by a pleasant member of staff who brought out menus and asked if we wanted anything to drink. When the employee returned with the drinks, we chose to order pizza diavola and spaghetti alla gricia respectively. After waiting around 40 minutes for the food, we contacted the waiter to ask if the food would be ready soon. The waiter apologized and explained that there was a lot to do in the kitchen, but that the food would soon be ready. Ten minutes later, after waiting just under an hour, the food was served. Both the pizza and the spaghetti had a simple but inviting presentation without any distracting extras. The pizza had a thin base, but was unfortunately a bit burnt at the edges. The tomato sauce tasted excellent, which also applied to the cheese. The Italian salami was strong and tasted excellent. All in all, the pizza was one of the better pizza experiences we've had. Spaghetti alla gricia is reminiscent of carbonara and is made with pepper, pecorino cheese and pieces of cured pork jowl. The dish that was served was a boom of flavors with good flavors from both the cheese, the meat and the pepper. The spaghetti was also perfectly cooked. Both dishes seemed to be made with fresh and fresh ingredients. The portions were generous and we experienced getting good value for money. The employee once again apologized for the delay in serving the meal and seemed genuinely sorry for this. We received a pleasant greeting when we left the restaurant. The good food made us quickly forget the long wait. Based on this, we would eat at the restaurant again and can also recommend it to others.

This restaurant was amazing. Food was beautiful, staff amazing and they really looked after my son with food allergies (lactose intolerance). Would highly recommend this restaurant for food and their deserts are amazing.
