I am happy to modify my previous terrible review because the change in management has radically improved the quality of service offered by the hotel. The person I had to stay for the Christmas holidays had a great time. The great courtesy, helpfulness and familiarity of the manager and the staff really impressed her. Excellent breakfast. The beautiful SPA on the top floor has reopened (..now forgotten during the previous management.) Finally Valdagno has a quality accommodation facility a stone's throw from the historic center. Compliments!

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Very nice hotel, starting from the reception with the kind and professional staff. The room was very nice, clean, large and warm. The bathroom was also clean and large. My room also has a small terrace The food in the restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfast is plentiful. There is also a spa which I did not use. Furthermore it also has an underground car park. What can I say, highly recommended If I were to return to these areas I will definitely return to them

I always happily stay in this hotel, renovated rooms and super friendly staff from the girls at reception to the lady on the floors. There is also a small, very well-kept spa on the top floor. Underground parking and good breakfast. Excellent value for money

A very comfortable and clean hotel we have been there several times now unfortunately closed at weekends. What a bizarre policy. Sin
