Ristorante Root's In Varsi

Excellent restaurant to stop in, very kind and communicative chef, the environment is nice, a little old fashion and the food is excellent and quality. Cooked San Secondo shoulder recommended.

An excellent mix of classic local food, also artisanally produced, and innovative dishes that are absolutely new to me. The owner is an exquisite person, the internal environment is clean, tidy and quiet and the prices are absolutely in line, if not lower than average. A pleasant surprise that you don't always imagine from the outside. Absolutely recommended.

We passed by today and saw the sign for fried cake and cured meats, not having eaten yet, we and our friends thought we would have a "snack" and so we called at 3pm and they replied that the place is open and they would be happy to serve us. After 3 hours of fried pie and cured meats and cheeses we paid the bill which was not at all salty in fact... Thanks to the owner who was kind enough to satisfy us in everything, we will definitely be back
