A good place for groups. We had a great time. The pasta carbonara was spectacular, I ate it out of greed.
The Pepe cacho was also delicious.
And we thought it was very reasonably priced.

A very pleasant experience, the very friendly server was able to adapt to our nationality, which is not the case everywhere. We arrived without a reservation but they found us a nice table very quickly. The dishes were rather generous and tasty in addition to being well presented and served. A nice address for everyone, Italians and foreigners alike.

On a lovely Roman night, it’s lovely to sit outside. But since being outed by Andy Bourdain and Rick Steves, compensation had to be made for the new hoards of tourists.
The individually made parmigiano bowls for the cavil e Pepe are now premade, and stacked in preparation for the nightly attack. The difference is huge.
Why not wander around Trastevere And discover for yourself, one of the other amazing restaurants with incredible fresh food that hasn’t been outed by a celebrity chef on television. Personal recommendation? Sette oche in altalena. Wonderful, inexpensive, uncrowned but full of locals.
If you really want the best at Roma Sparita, you’ll need to get that time machine fixed.

Managed a table outside at lunchtime with no reservation. Come here for the Cacio e Pepe - one of the best in the city with a fried parmesan bowl holding the pasta. Exceptional!

Was here a few years ago and it was one of my best meals in Rome. Went today for lunch and had a hard time finding something interesting to eat. It all looked the same as I could get at every other restaurant. Maybe it’s hard to be original when most tourists want the same things. Also we asked the waiter to help us decide between the two wines and he wasn’t able to say much. Wasn’t clear he knew much about the wines they had.

Love the people, but not what it used to be before being outed by Andy Bourdain and Rick Steves. Sad to see it brim with people, but deliver less delicious food. Everything changes.

Adoramos o Cacio Pepe e tambem almôndegas, atendimento otimo realizado pelo Roberto, sempre alegre e atencioso e muito rapido, restaurante ficou famoso pelo Antony Bordain que visitou o estabelecimento no seu programa

Pranzo tipico romano....connesso di coreografia dei camerieri....Roberto..uno spettacolo...di origine sarda ma " profugo" alla ricerca di stabilità...è riuscito a trasformare la nostra pausa pranzo di una torbida giornata di giugno...in un momento goliardico e rilassante....ps...portiamo a casa i cestini della cacio e pepe...porta bene 😁
