Family-run restaurant, classic Piedmontese appetizers available individually or in complete tasting. Excellent raw veal, peppers with bagna cauda and strictly fresh-cut cold cuts. The free-range ravioli with roast sauce is a must, and sometimes you can find homemade gnocchi with potatoes from the Cuneo area. As a second course, depending on the season, you will find braised or rabbit or boiled meat with related sauces. Upon reservation, Piedmontese mixed fried food and bagna cauda. Excellent desserts (bunet, tart, panna cotta). Decent wine list on which Barbera d'Asti, Ruche di castagnole and Dolcetto di Dogliani stand out. Suggested for convivial dinners. Ristorante a conduzione familiare, classici antipasti piemontesi disponibili singoli o in degustazione completa. Ottima la carne cruda di vitella, peperoni con bagna cauda e gli affettati rigorosamente di taglio fresco. Immancabili i ravioli ruspanti con sugo di arrosto a volte si trovano gli gnocchi fatti in casa con patate del cuneese. Come secondo trovate a seconda della stagione brasato oppure coniglio o il bollito con relative salse. Su prenotazione fritto misto alla piemontese e bagna cauda. Ottimi i dessert ( bunet, crostata, panna cotta ) . Discreta carta dei vini su cui spicca il Barbera d'asti, Ruche di castagnole ed il dolcetto di Dogliani. Suggerito per cene conviviali.
