Ristorante Rododendro In Cavour

I was in this restaurant yesterday and I can say that I ate very well. We mainly ate typical Piedmontese appetizers, which were very good, and then meat. I understand that the owners are Sicilian, so the fish will certainly be very good too. The person who welcomed us was very kind and we felt very comfortable. The quality of the products seemed excellent to me.

Volevamo assaggiare gli gnocchi della Val Varaita e dopo aver visitato la splendida cittadina di Saluzzo, consigliati ad andare al ristorante Rododendro da una signora del posto, siamo stati decisamente soddisfatti. Pane e salame squisiti, buonissimi gli gnocchi e imbarazzo della scelta dei dolci di loro produzione: noi abbiamo optato per Meringata, crema di vaniglia e fragole e Rose di mele con gelato alla vaniglia entrambi molto buoni. Bello il locale molto pulito ed accogliente, il proprietario signor Mario molto gentile e anche i suoi collaboratori, da ripetere sicuramente.
