Excellent location in summer...good dishes but organization needs improvement

The internal restaurant is really well furnished, with a remarkable display of wines, and if I understand correctly it also doubles as a hotel. It also has tables both outside and on the square, and the menu includes both ordinary dishes and pizzas, and it is a place that has an agreement with some companies in the Saluzzo area. We must keep in mind that the pizzas, at least the ones we ordered, have a really soft and tasty dough, and the filling is immediately filling and satisfies more than enough and leaves no room for the rest. Therefore, if you want to dine well in this place, it is advisable to arrive practically fasting. Average prices.

Volevamo assaggiare gli gnocchi della Val Varaita e dopo aver visitato la splendida cittadina di Saluzzo, consigliati ad andare al ristorante Rododendro da una signora del posto, siamo stati decisamente soddisfatti. Pane e salame squisiti, buonissimi gli gnocchi e imbarazzo della scelta dei dolci di loro produzione: noi abbiamo optato per Meringata, crema di vaniglia e fragole e Rose di mele con gelato alla vaniglia entrambi molto buoni. Bello il locale molto pulito ed accogliente, il proprietario signor Mario molto gentile e anche i suoi collaboratori, da ripetere sicuramente.

My husband and I, after a visit to the beautiful Saluzzo, on the advice of a local lady on where to eat excellent gnocchi from Val Varaita, were recommended to this place, we were very satisfied: they were really delicious and also the desserts made by them: the meringue and apple pie with vanilla ice cream. The owner Mario and his collaborators are very kind. Very clean place. Definitely recommended

Mario and his wife are two fantastic people, kindness and professionalism are just the side dish of an excellent restaurant, on the other hand the years of experience can certainly be seen... highly recommended..

What to say?? We don't go often but every time we find ourselves having dinner in this place we can only say that we had a great time!! The food is great not to mention the wine. The waiters are all super kind and my compliments this time go to Diana!! She was impeccable, super helpful with any request but above all we appreciated the fact that we chatted with her not just as simple customers. I have always liked this place and we have never found anything negative. Congratulations to everyone!!
