Simply outstanding!
The restaurant really impresses with everything it has:
Excellent wines, great food, first class service and a great ambience.
I tried the surprise menu, which was different from the menu and was a successful and very delicious surprise.
The guinea fowl was simply amazing! The starter with the scampi too.
We also had octopus and the fish of the day which was outstanding.
The interior spaces are beautifully designed. There are also two very long balconies where you can sit outside with the best view.
The wine shop, which is not part of the restaurant, is on the ground floor on the other side.
I'm really looking forward to visiting the region again and spending a great evening here again.

A wonderful midday - not too warm with a pleasant light breeze (OK, the restaurant can't do that, but it improves it
Great atmosphere 😄👍🥳) - plus a very friendly and professional service that is really "on the ball", plus two great wines and a sensationally well-fried Chateaubriand with the finest grilled vegetables... - and all at a fair and reasonable price - Lake Kaltern in the background, anyone who isn't "stunned" here can't be helped. We would love to come back soon. TOP!

Ein wunderschöner Mittag - nicht zu warm mit einer angenehmen leichten Brise (OK, dafür kann das Lokal nichts, aber es hebt die besser Stimmung ungemein 😄👍🥳) - dazu ein sehr freundlicher und professioneller Service, der wirklich "auf Zack" ist, dazu zwei tolle Weine und ein sensationell gut gebratenes Chateaubriand mit feinstem Grillgemüse... - und das alles zu einem fairen und angemessenen Preis - den Kalterer See im Hintergrund, wer hier nicht "hin und weg ist", dem ist nicht zu helfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder. TOP!

Best restaurant in Bolzano I had a pizza which arrived quickly the ingredients were of high quality the staff was always helpful and kind the restaurant itself was nice

First-class cuisine, everything is just right here. Starting from the kitchen to the service. Very nice, competent service and a rustic, beautiful ambience with a fantastic view and atmosphere. If we are on holiday in Kaltern, the Ritterhof is a “MUST”. All dishes are a delight for the palate and enjoyment.

Excellent cuisine meets excellent service. Here you can simply let yourself be pampered and spend an enjoyable evening with both food and wine. For us, the visit to the Ritterhof was one of our highlights in South Tyrol.

Haben hier zu Abend gegessen und es war ein ruhiger Abend mit wenig Gäste. Die Vorspeisen waren mittelmäßig (wenigstens unsere), die Hauptspeisen gut, Service in Ordnung (vor allem die Damen im Service sehr professionell und mit viel Engagement), Preise sehr korrekt.
