04/01/2026: Entering Fvusion in Cortina d'Ampezzo was a wonderful surprise.
A place that manages to combine atmosphere, quality, and personality, offering a fusion of restaurant cuisine and high-end sushi, with attention to detail and flavors.
Each dish exudes care and passion, with fresh ingredients and never boring pairings.
The service is impeccable: they make you feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish, with professionalism and a smile.
The price is absolutely fair for Cortina, especially considering the quality of the overall experience.
A place where you don't just go to eat, but to enjoy an evening.
Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

No complaints about that. As for the service, I think the only redeeming feature is the discount they offer at the end to apologize for the long wait between courses. The waitresses were friendly but poorly trained: 1) I asked for two scoops of ice cream, and they brought one, telling me the other was sold out, without asking if I wanted more. 2) The entrée was brought, but without asking if a vegetarian version was desired, so I ate it alone, and my girlfriend looked at me. So these aren't rude mistakes, but rather mishandled ones, since normally, you ask about dietary preferences first—for ice cream, for example, you ask if there's another flavor you might be interested in, trying to find a solution. Instead, it seems like they're stuck at every limit (e.g., no solution for the entrée, no solution for the ice cream offered).
