A perfect combination of professionalism and spontaneity. We stayed one night, but we will certainly repeat the experience. Abundant dinner, clean room, even with sauna. Breakfast with freshly baked cakes... What can I say...,🔝

Restaurant review. Welcoming and pleasant environment with internal tables and external benches, friendly staff and fast service. I stopped for lunch after visiting the nearby waterfall and it was a pleasant discovery. Good food options, good quality/price ratio. Convenient parking reserved for customers.

I went to the refuge bar and the welcome was decidedly good. Very good prices and products. I stopped by by chance because I wanted dessert and I was very happy. The cake I got was super filling and good, I was actually looking for a tart but since it wasn't there I resorted to something else. Excellent discovery.

Ospite da mio Padre in Vallarsa, ho girato i pochi ristoranti aperti e devo confermare che nessuno é stato migliore del Rifugio Balasso, che si trova in un'altra Valle, la Valle Pasubio, in Veneto. Ristorante economico ma con una qualità eccezionale, oltre allo splendido panormana che si ammira seduti all'esterno. Consigliatissimo

25/12/2024: We had lunch here at Christmas. We didn't know the place, but we were definitely impressed by the quality of the preparations... every taste a discovery! Friendly staff, welcoming location, honest prices. Dogs allowed, highly recommended! ❤️
22/12/2024: I discovered by chance, while wandering around Vicenza as a tourist, this vegan restaurant, very welcoming also due to the friendliness of the owners! The food is really good and the prices are good considering that everything is freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Congratulations to the owners and "go vegan!"

02/01/2025: Excellent cuisine and location. I suggest the risotto with pumpkin and truffle.
01/01/2025: We only stopped for dinner. Elegant atmosphere in a nice location. The place is cared for down to every detail. The owner is a very kind and pleasant person and the staff is helpful and professional. Excellent food: delicious appetizers, meat tartare never eaten with such pleasure and very tasty cod cream soup; Risotto with pumpkin and truffle to applaud. Fantastic cellar, very good house wine.
