Very nice rooms, especially if you're in the room with a balcony overlooking Lake Argo, which is very beautiful. Fantastic service, especially from Pietro, so the service is also 5 stars. Extraordinary location.

Very nice rooms. If you're in the front, you have a view of Lake Arvo, while if you're in the back, you have a view of the forest. Very comfortable and friendly service. The hotel is very close to many attractions (like the Silavventura park). The food is very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location overlooking Lake Arvo, excellent breakfasts with options for lactose intolerant guests, rooms definitely in need of renovation, especially the bathroom, cleanliness is poor (rooms could be improved).
