Durante una breve visita alla città di Ferrara mi sono fermato con degli amici a pranzo in questo locale (c'ero già stato molto tempo fa) e mi sono trovato molto bene.
Locale perfetto, ben tenuto, ben pulito, ho apprezzato la delicatezza e professionalità della responsabile all'illustrazione dei piatti richiesti. Cibo molto buono, varietà giusta dei vini e dolce ottimo. Ottimo il rapporto Qualità /prezzo. Da provare a cena. Consigliatissimo.

Di passaggio per una mostra a Ferrara , chiedo un consiglio ad un albergatore e mi trovo dentro un chiostro a cenare.
Affettati e pinzin per antipasto, griglia di carne per due con cottura alla brace perfetta. Saporito e abbondante.
Torneremo per i cappellacci che sembrano molto buoni oltre che belli.
Prezzo adeguato ma non alto.

I went there yesterday for the first time with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. Believe me if I could give it six stars I would! I found a very nice place, in a historic location, well looked after and right in the centre. The food was excellent, all homemade and freshly cooked. Excellent value for money! A
good service with friendly, discreet and professional staff. Impeccable level of cleanliness. Wide choice of dishes, wines and drinks that can accompany desserts.
I'm sure I'm not exaggerating, super well-deserved positive review!
Believe me, these are people who know how to do their job.

I took a tasting menu, a second course and a dessert. The pinzini were light but a little tasty and the cold cuts very good; the cappellacci were also good, perhaps the dough was a little too thick but it didn't affect the overall taste. As a second course I took the grilled pork chop, the meat was slightly dry in some places but the quantity was plentiful. For dessert I tasted an excellent fried cream. The environment is rustic in style and exudes warmth, but the service is a little less so since the staff really are of few words.
Overall I can say I'm satisfied. The two of us spent around 75 euros. Definitely recommended.

High quality raw materials, well presented, complete, tasty and abundant dishes. Very good wines, highly recommended. The only discordant note is the wine by the glass due to the small quantity, for everything else it is excellent.
