We dined on local dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients, refined with balanced flavors. The tagliolini with white truffle was generous and excellent. The pigeon was an excellent delicacy. The wine list was refined.

Excellent restaurant in Altare, easily accessible from the highway exit. Quality ingredients and carefully crafted, beautifully presented dishes inspired by local cuisine, but revisited with professionalism. Convenient customer parking. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

A very refined restaurant with a private dining room for intimate dinners.
Excellent food, a blend of Piedmontese and Ligurian cuisine, revisited with remarkable skill.
The beef tartare with anchovies is excellent; I'll definitely recommend it, although the zabaglione with ice cream is the highlight.
Attentive service, though a bit rushed.
Prices are high, but well in line with the quality of the food.
We'll be back as soon as we can.

As always, which means for as long as I can remember, so at least 40 years, we've had a wonderful time. The family dinner was perfect. The service was always more than attentive. For me, the food is the epitome of what a restaurant should offer. Absolute value.

Ne è valsa la pena.
il servizio è eccezionale tutti i particolari del menu sono di Altissimo livello dal pane al amousebouche ai dolcetti col caffe. ho preso un tagliolino coi funghi eccezionali sia per cottura sia per sapore mia moglie ha preso una tartar bencondita . hanno una cantina molto fornita i prezzi sono in linea con la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo preso un tagliolino ai funghi tartar di di fassona una verdura grigliata e dei fiori di zucca fritti eccezionali il tutto compreso caffè dolce amousebouche 101 €

Il mio ristorante preferito vicino a casa. Ci ritorno sempre con piacere sia per l'ottima cucina che per l'impeccabile servizio. Consigliato Un patè strepitoso servito con un pan brioches da urlo.
