What can I say, here we are at a restaurant with excellent Michelin star quality (the place is in the guide). They brought us from Switzerland for a business lunch and everything is at a level of absolute excellence, from the dishes to the excellent recommended wine.
Nothing to say, everything was really perfect with the owner being wonderfully courteous.
It's impossible not to recommend it and it cannot be ruled out that in some madness we will leave Switzerland just to return to taste some excellence!!

It’s never a delusion, Quintilio is a great restaurant and over the years we love to stop here for a very good meal. The ingredients that the talented chef uses are fresh and seasonal , so you always have the best flavours in your dish . When it comes to truffle season he has the best as when he cooks fried mushrooms. Very good their choice of breads and small focaccia and pizzette, spectacular this time for us was a “ finanziera “ a typical old Piedmontese dish not easy to find . Don’t miss their freshly made ice cream with zabaglione or their desserts . All in a beautiful ambiance with a superb service .
