A restaurant that aspires to a star and has all the cards on the table to be able to obtain it: pleasantly warm and sincere welcome, excellent service, interesting and good dishes, price in line with the aspirations of recognition from someone who certainly knows more than me.

Superb food with such warm service!! Don’t be fooled by the restaurant’s unassuming exterior and location as the dishes served here are truly top notch!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit after doing some hiking in the area (highly recommend this itinerary).
Looking forward to visiting again! :)

A welcome surprise. The staff very kind and professional. They welcomed us with an appetizer offered on the house. Very tasty first courses. What I really liked was the homemade ice cream with freshly made zabaglione and brought to the table in a copper pan. I advise.

Ogni volta che torno in questo locale è sempre una piacevolissima sorpresa. Dall’entree, una “semplice” torta di verdure, ma con un gusto delicatissimo e al contempo saporito, al vitello tonnato particolarissimo e con un bel gusto deciso, al risotto, allo stupefacente zabaglione che potrei definire un'oro per il palato, tutto è perfettamente dosato, assemblato e guarnito per la gioia delle papille gustative. La carta dei vini offre una scelta smisurata per ogni tipo di abbinamento, la signora con la sua professionalità, competenza e gentilezza è sempre presente in sala e pronta per consigli o spiegazioni. Il personale di sala non è d meno, pronto e solerte.
Assolutamente da provare.

I had the pleasure of attending a birthday dinner at Quintilio. Super welcoming staff from the beginning, they reserved a very rustic but at the same time elegant room for us. The dinner was masterful, with varied dishes tried, including (under the owner's advice) a very tasty and delicate tuna caught 2 days before. Very efficient, friendly and attentive staff. Super recommend for a very high quality dinner, with the opportunity to get out of the city center and enjoy the fresh, clean air.

Fantastic restaurant!
Out of the way for most but for a reason: for five generations this art has been handed down in the same family and they have courageously decided to stay where they were born.
Km0 in this culinary paradise is not a label and is born from the hard work of the family members themselves.
From the grandfather who still goes to collect the magical wild herbs that make their dishes so fragrant to the eggs of their hens that make the zabaglione (served directly by the cooking master from a copper cocotte on their homemade ice cream in front of you) in experience not to be missed (hold space 😎).
Last but very important mention for Lorena, fantastic dining room teacher capable of really making a difference with her passion and her explanations as well as wife of the kitchen master... in the hope that this reality can continue over time we advise you to seize the moment and take advantage of it

Ristorante storico in Altare che ha saputo evolversi e raffinarsi col passare degli anni, materie prime e piatti molto ricercati e ben eseguiti, si percepisce una grande passione e professionalità.
Le pietanze offerte sono sia mare che terra io personalmente ho assaggiato un eccellente "fois gras su pane brioche" che raramente ho assaggiato altrettanto buono in Francia, consiglio vivamente il loro gelato con zabaione.
Carta dei vini abbastanza fornita, non delle più ampie ma certamente selezionata con cura.
Ambiente sobrio ed elegante, i prezzi rispecchiano quanto sopra quindi non può dirsi economico ma tutto certamente meritato.
Ho notato essere segnalato da Guida Michelin.
