I went to Quintilio for my birthday and I couldn't have given myself a better gift. We ate superbly, a true sensory experience!! The owner is incredibly kind and I felt like I'd known her forever. I even ended up getting a birthday surprise, complete with a candle! Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

We dined on local dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients, refined with balanced flavors. The tagliolini with white truffle was generous and excellent. The pigeon was an excellent delicacy. The wine list was refined.

Ne è valsa la pena.
il servizio è eccezionale tutti i particolari del menu sono di Altissimo livello dal pane al amousebouche ai dolcetti col caffe. ho preso un tagliolino coi funghi eccezionali sia per cottura sia per sapore mia moglie ha preso una tartar bencondita . hanno una cantina molto fornita i prezzi sono in linea con la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo preso un tagliolino ai funghi tartar di di fassona una verdura grigliata e dei fiori di zucca fritti eccezionali il tutto compreso caffè dolce amousebouche 101 €
