The food was excellent and the service was fantastic! Our server was extremely kind and lovely. We enjoyed our experience so much we will be going back on our stay in Firenze. My sister is an extreme celiac and she could eat without risk of getting sick.

We dined at Ristorante Quinoa because a woman with celiac disease was with us, and it was truly an excellent choice. The restaurant is completely gluten-free, so everyone can eat with peace of mind. The dishes were excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly. A wonderful discovery in the heart of Florence: we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic gluten free restaurant in Florence! Everything was tasty even though I am not celiac still had a delicious meal 😋 service was very good and you can tell that food is freshly made. Keep up the good work 👍

I've been to Quinoa several times and always love returning. The pad thai is exceptional, one of the best I've ever had. I've also tried the fish on other occasions and have always found it well-cooked and very tasty. A special mention for the desserts: the vegan cocoa and hazelnut dessert is incredibly delicious, and the Sephardic orange and almond cake is truly special. The place is very cute and welcoming, and the waitress was excellent and very kind. A place where you eat well and feel at ease. I'll definitely be back! 😊

04/03/2026: The food turned out to be even better than expected. We ordered the rolls and corn fritters as an appetizer, followed by classic Pad Thai and a dish of the day, both excellent! P.S.: The dessert was also a must☺️
