I had dinner here with friends. The place is very unique, located inside a church loggia, right in the center of Florence. For those with celiac disease, everything here is gluten-free, and they also have vegetarian, meat, and fish options. Very friendly staff, and excellent food. I recommend it. Prices are reasonable for the location and dishes.

I had lunch with my wife and daughter at this restaurant in the city center on Sunday, August 10th. The location is truly stunning: the large courtyard of a historic building. As a celiac, I found myself in a restaurant where I could forget about my condition, choosing from a menu full of varied options. The fact that all dishes are gluten-free eliminates any concerns about cross-contamination.
The dishes we ordered were full of flavor and served with helpfulness and courtesy by the staff, whom I couldn't help but compliment at the end of the meal.
A superb experience!
The waitress was exceptionaly polite and friendly, always a smile on her face. We waited for less than ten minutes when the food arrived - and it was very delicious, flavorful and high quality. The atmosphere was warm and casual. 100 % would recommend!!!

I was extremely happy to find a strictly gluten free restaurant in Florence, that also serves vegan dishes. The staff were very nice, and the food was good. I would certainly eat here again.

Gluten-free paradise. Everything was delicious! We ordered the gnocchi, risotto, and tiramisu to show off a very nice dinner. The wine by the glass was also very good. The place has a beautiful garden for outdoor dining, and the service was very pleasant. The service was fast. As a nice touch: the homemade gluten-free bread is spectacular!

De passage à Florence pour une semaine, et intolérante au gluten et au lactose, j'ai mangé trois soirs au Ristaurante Quinoa et je me suis vraiment régalée ! La carte est variée et tout est très bon, le cadre est magnifique et calme, le personnel très attentif et bienveillant. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Limpio lugar. Todos los platos que probamos eran buenos. Ceviche di salmon, pad thai, gnocchi fattlin Casa con burro fueron los platos que tuvimos. El servicio era bueno.
