Ristorante Quinoa In Firenze

We were welcomed at the last minute with great availability, even though we had not booked in advance. Shortly after our arrival it suddenly started raining, but the staff handled the situation with professionalism, organizing themselves as best as possible and making those who were already at the table wait only a little. The dishes were really excellent, with a wide choice suitable for every type of diet. A more than positive experience, we will definitely be back!

We went for lunch today and loved the food and the staff! We tried the Vietnamese rolls, which were the star dish; they were spectacular! The quinoa cake was also delicious! We also tried the gnocchi, and we found the texture incredible, but they had too many herbs, and we couldn't finish the sauce—a shame. We'd love to have more days to repeat the visit and try more dishes. Highly recommended; the dishes are very original and delicious.

Great food. All gluten free. Very knowledgeable about other allergies. Hostess spent lots of time explaining what I could eat. Green chicken curry was amazing. Great peaceful atmosphere with open roof.

Limpio lugar. Todos los platos que probamos eran buenos. Ceviche di salmon, pad thai, gnocchi fattlin Casa con burro fueron los platos que tuvimos. El servicio era bueno.

Mini vacanza a Firenze. Intolleranti al glutine ed abbiamo scelto questo locale. Siamo passati io e mia moglie questo venerdì sera e siamo rimasti talmente soddisfatti (io flan di Quinoa, poi spaghetti carbonara col tartufo e infine il dolce fantastico!) che abbiamo prenotato immediatamente anche x ieri sera. Sabato ho scelto la tagliata di chianina (cottura media, porzione abbondante e buonissima!) e come dolce la panna cotta con frutti di bosco. Tutti alimenti di 1^ qualità. Anche il pane talmente buono(non è facile trovare pane s.g. buono e fragrante) che ho chiesto se era possibile acquistare un pó. Alla fine, oltre alla carineria di aver portato un dolce con la candelina sopra x mia moglie che compiva gli anni, mi è stato regalato un filoncino di pane! Mai mi era successa una simile accoglienza essendo io un cliente di passaggio. Quindi oltre al davvero ottimo cibo (ampia scelta e tutta s.g) una ospitalità unica. Un grazie a tutto lo staff (tutti attenti e gentili) e in particolare a Koli x la carineria verso mia moglie. Voto 9
