Ristorante Quattro Stagioni by La Fiorida In Mantello

First visit to La Fiorida. Unfortunately, I must report a practice I often encounter and find unfair: charging full price for a dish that, in a vegan version, is free of all animal ingredients without any creative substitutions. ​If you remove the ingredients that justify the complexity and cost of the original dish, serving an extremely simplified version, it's unfair to keep the same price. Removing ingredients doesn't create an alternative: it lacks culinary research and, above all, consistency in the final bill. A company of this caliber should offer a plant-based menu worthy of its reputation, not simply 'subtract' ingredients at full price.

I was in this fantastic place last Saturday, a great experience even though there were a lot of children in the room... very attentive service with Alessandro always kind and helpful... I ate a really nice pizzocchero 👍👍👍

Everything tastes like love for what we experience. The quality of the attention to detail is what allows you to savor it from the moment you enter, to the time you tour the company, to the pampering in the wellness center, to the flavors of dinner. Staying here to rest even overnight is the real icing on the cake!

From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to help me organize a special surprise for my wife, which meant a lot to us. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The estate itself is stunning. It has such a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and disconnect. Whether you are walking around the grounds or enjoying the facilities, the whole place feels like a peaceful retreat. The food was another highlight. Everything we ate was high-quality, but their artisan cheeses are a must-try! They paired perfectly with the local wine. We enjoyed the products so much that we couldn't leave without stopping by their farm shop to buy some treats to take home. If you are looking for a place that combines relaxation, great food, and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend La Fiorida.

A truly extraordinary farmhouse relais in Valtellina, immersed in nature and meticulously cared for down to the last detail. The property houses two restaurants, including a Michelin-starred one, but I dined at the Quattro Stagioni and was thrilled: delicious dishes, made with locally sourced ingredients, expertly cooked and tastefully presented. The entire staff is impeccable: knowledgeable, extremely kind, and always available. Their hospitality truly makes all the difference. The hotel rooms are beautiful, warm, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The spa is a much-appreciated plus. The opportunities for walking, bike rides (available for rental directly at the property), and the area with farm animals, all meticulously cared for, are wonderful. The on-site shop, where you can purchase their own products, is also excellent: a perfect way to take a piece of this wonderful experience home with you. Congratulations to all the staff for making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely be back!

I've been there at least four times, twice for lunch in the restaurant and twice at the bistro to buy local products. Great location! A little pricey, but worth it!
