Ristorante Quattro Stagioni by La Fiorida In Mantello

I spent a wonderful weekend at La Fiorida, a charming agriturismo and hotel immersed in the splendid nature of Valtellina. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great cordiality by the staff, always attentive and helpful. The structure is immersed in greenery and offers an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, perfect for those who want to disconnect from the routine and relax. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, in perfect harmony with the rustic and elegant style of the place. One of the strengths of La Fiorida is undoubtedly the food: every meal was a unique experience, with dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, many of which came directly from the farm. From cheeses to cured meats, passing through typical dishes of the Valtellina tradition, everything was simply delicious. We also had the opportunity to visit the farm and discover first-hand the attention dedicated to the animals and the production of raw materials. A truly authentic and educational experience! Furthermore, the presence of the spa made our stay even more relaxing, with moments of pure well-being between sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage. In short, La Fiorida is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, nature and excellent cuisine. We can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

Nothing to say about the farm, a beautiful place, nothing to say about the food as well, good, fixed menu on Sunday at 55 Euros, slightly above the price in my opinion, as is a glass of hell (no reserve) at 8 Euros. The thing that I don't find right is that on the online booking for Sunday lunch if you select a children's menu costing 30 euros it is not specified that it is different from the menu available for adults on Sunday lunch. Another thing that I really didn't like, having spent 2 adults and 1 child (menu for my choice like ours) 173 euros, we couldn't even visit the stable. Only possible by paying 4 euros each for a visit, (RIDICUL), in my opinion the visit should be included if you have lunch in the farmhouse.

A simply lovely place! The cuisine is a real spectacle, thanks to the 0 meter products that enhance the authentic flavors of Valtellina and the mastery of chef Gianni Tarabini, always at the top. The attention to sustainability is evident in every detail, from the ingredients to the care for animal welfare. Fantastic swimming pool and wellness centre, perfect for relaxing in an environment with attention to the smallest details. Even though it's a stone's throw from my house, every time I feel like I'm on holiday, out of this world! The love of the owner family can be felt in every corner, making the experience even more special. A corner of paradise absolutely worth trying!

I was there today with my dad and it is beautiful especially for those who love animals, tranquility and simplicity like me. The staff and waiters at the restaurant were very kind and professional, very convenient for those who live nearby. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend it to many of my friends. In addition, the food and drinks were delicious and in addition there was also a shop that I totally fell in love with. Things you shouldn't expect, for example the candles and face and body creams part 😍 Totally the best farmhouse ever!!! I went to see the animals and eat but there are many other experiences that I will definitely come and try, for example a few days in their rooms or the spa area and the swimming pool. Truly very deserved.

Il posto è davvero piacevole; ci sono le stalle, le serre , il caseificio,lo spaccio,due ristoranti e un albergo....non c'è che dire. L'accoglienza è un po' troppo formale, i tavoli sono comodi e sufficientemente distanziati. Il menù della tradizione ( € 65 a persona escluso il vino ) è minimamente identitario ; mancano gli sciatt, per esempio, e come dessert viene servita una misera banalissima coppetta piccola di gelato con panna e mirtilli...ma una bisciola no?! Il servizio è freddo, anzi direi disinteressato al cliente; i piatti vengono messi sul tavolo senza un minimo di presentazione, la verticale di formaggi, con ben otto qualità, viene servita senza neanche un commento per cui non sapremo mai qual era il casera , dov'era il bitto e che formaggelle mangiavamo, tantomeno le tre salsine in accompagnamento. Per i salumi non c'è problema ,c'è la siamo cavata da soli , ma una fettina a testa è un po' poco.... I calici del vino non sono stati adeguati alla bottiglia e le posate vengono rimpiazzate appaiate , a uno a destra e all'altro a sinistra, mah... Il cestino del pane non viene mai rinnovato. Per concludere sul disservizio, al caffè tutti, anche quelli che hanno consumato una sola portata, hanno un mignon di piccola pasticceria nel piattino ,eccetto noi. La cucina, invece, è di buon livello e da sola avrebbe meritato il punteggio pieno. Ottimi i pizzoccheri e il maialino con la taragna macinata a pietra. Deludente ,come già detto ,il misero dessert. Con certi prezzi e per il tipo di ambiente tutto deve essere rapportato e il servizio proprio non lo è...se non fosse per la cucina questa esperienza sarebbe una vera delusione. Ci consola la bella giornata...

Luogo meraviglioso. Ambiente accogliente e cibo spettacolare.

pranzo di coppia in ambiente elegante, caldo e molto accogliente a partire dalla sala all’ingresso con camino scoppiettante che già prelude a ulteriori piacevolezze. il personale alla reception ed in sala davvero encomiabile, attento e discreto ed il loro abbigliamento tipico ammirato anche all’interno della bottega (abbiamo acquistato prodotti eccellenti di loro produzione) prima del pranzo rende tutto speciale. i piatti degustati facevano parte del menu domenicale “le nostre radici “ ed è stato apprezzato in toto per bilanciamento dei gusti, quantità delle porzioni adeguata, sapori tradizionali e genuini. complimenti espressi a voce e ribaditi .

Che relax, che bontà culinarie. Prodotti km0 cucinati divinamente. Personale cordiale, preparato e accogliente. Una chicca nella Valtellina.
