Friendly staff, excellent food, fresh Peroni draft beer. Pecorino romano is very nice and Diavolo pizza . Relaxing restoraunt with genuine itailan cusine.

A steaming carbonara, rich with crispy bacon and plenty of it. We'll return for the tripe. A Roman atmosphere from another era. The owner's friendliness and warmth, his Roman accent... you immediately feel at home.

We've been to this typically Roman trattoria twice for dinner, and we've received compliments both times!!! Superlative first courses, excellent second courses, and fabulous desserts! Luca, the owner, and Daniele, the chef, are truly helpful and courteous, attentive, and very approachable, as you'd expect from true Roman restaurateurs. This trattoria is highly recommended; if you're in the area, it's a must-visit. If you're not, make the effort and try their specialties—you won't regret it! P.S.: A special mention for the amatriciana and fettuccine al ragù—spectacular...

Warm and welcoming place, Luigi the owner, a wonderful person!! He did everything to make us feel comfortable!! Excellent value for money!! Excellent dishes and generous portions!! A true place that maintains Roman traditions!! I highly recommend it!!

The price is okay, and it's filling, but an excellent pizza is something else entirely. Mine was quite pale and could have used more heat. The artichokes were still cold, and there was a lot of cheese on the pizza.

12/01/2026: In an era like this, which induces the darkest pessimism, knowing there's a place like this restores your faith in the world and humanity. If there's a hare sauce like the one they use for their pappardelle, if you discover that tonnarelli with porcini mushrooms and truffle can reach previously unrivaled heights, if even orecchiette with broccoli and sausage threaten the primacy of the first two, if you find yourself enjoying the ultimate grilled spareribs, if even potatoes and chicory are worth the trip, if finally you close the circle with "THE" grandmother's cake, the cry springs forth spontaneously: there is still hope!
09/12/2025: Excellent home-cooked lunch. Fair prices and a family atmosphere. Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: Just for fun we asked Germini to recommend a restaurant in Monti for our last dinner in Rome and Tema came up. We gave it a go and was not disappointed. The menu had a lot of seafood dishes. We tried the octopus salad, grilled seafood, fried calamari and prawn, gnocchi and veal melanese. All the seafoods were very fresh and tender, the gnocchi was slightly chewy like it should be, the melanese was crispy but a little tough. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal.
13/01/2026: The restaurant is very good, delicious food at a fair price, great house wine and the desserts are incredible!!! I ate there 3 times during our visit to Rome, it was very good, we had to go back!! Special thanks to Francesco who was very kind and friendly with my children. He also made a special dish for my wife who was having stomach problems. He was very welcoming!!! I recommend it to everyone. My favorite: carbonara + beef fillet!!! Grazie Mille!!!
