Poldino is a guarantee. Every time I'm in Pisa, this restaurant is a must-visit. Nestled in the splendid setting of the San Rossore Regional Park, it is run by Sandro and Annalia, extraordinary hosts who welcome guests with genuine passion.
The cuisine offers typical Pisan dishes and an excellent selection of game. The restaurant, which is part of the prestigious list of historic restaurants in Italy, also boasts a highly respected wine cellar featuring numerous local producers, at truly fair prices.
During the summer, it's a true pleasure to dine on the outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended!

Discovered by chance while searching for a restaurant on the outskirts of Pisa. A farmhouse completely integrated into the San Rossore estate, where you can feel at home, serving traditional Pisan dishes prepared with skill and meticulous attention to detail. Wild boar is the star of the show, but the menu also offers many other surprises...all to be discovered and paired with the excellent wines of the Ghizzano estate.

I went with colleagues; a friend recommended the place, and I have to admit, it's special. Excellent food, a stunning location, nestled in San Rossore Park, among animals like wild boars, foxes, and deer. It's wonderful to have a place like this just a stone's throw from Pisa. The service was excellent, and the food and wine list were exceptional. We ate a lot and paid a fair price. I absolutely recommend going there.
