We know the Umberto I restaurant/pizzeria well, for several years we have been stopping by them during our visits to Castelbuono to refresh ourselves in the true sense of the word! Michele (one of the owners) is a master of hospitality and is able to recommend the right dishes for every type of need. All the staff are as friendly and attentive as he is. The products are always super fresh, the cleanliness and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. It feels right at home! We can't wait to go back😊

A very well organized restaurant, we ate very well, service with little waiting, in an enchanting setting like Castelbuono, every year I return and I am never disappointed, an enchanting place full of life, always initiatives. Recommended.

Restaurant with interesting wine list. Food not entirely up to the standard of the restaurant (overcooked tuna steak). Very suggestive internal courtyard.

Alle porte di Castelbuono ecco un ristorante dal rango forse più semplice dei soliti dominatori del centro storico. Nelle serate estiva i tavoli sono in un grazioso baglio in pietra che dà privacy, anche se io penserei a qualche lampadina o gioco di luce in più. Pizze buonissime, con un impasto molto salubre. Consiglio i vini locali dell'Abbazia Sant'Anastasia. Torneremo per provare altre pizze e altri piatti.
