We know the Umberto I restaurant/pizzeria well, for several years we have been stopping by them during our visits to Castelbuono to refresh ourselves in the true sense of the word! Michele (one of the owners) is a master of hospitality and is able to recommend the right dishes for every type of need. All the staff are as friendly and attentive as he is. The products are always super fresh, the cleanliness and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. It feels right at home! We can't wait to go back😊

Pranzo con menù degustazione. Tutto ottimo, nota particolare per la carne che si scioglieva in bocca. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

07/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato da Carpe diem durante il nostro soggiorno sull'isola. Ottimi i panini: ben conditi e grandi, ad un prezzo ragionevole. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo il tris di cucunci, aglio e olive, davvero particolare. Servizio efficiente e personale molto gentile. Infine, un'ottima selezione di musica anni '80 di sottofondo. Siamo stati bene
