Creative and tasty appetizers, even if the portions are small. The pan pizza was good. The "regular" wood-fired pizza was disappointing. In this case, it featured ventricina, turnips, and pecorino cheese (which I couldn't taste). My expectations were much higher.

Nice experience fried pizzas and other doughs good outside the norm. Excellent consistency of Margherita and surprising the salty maritozzo with stewed sheep alla callara: a real gem.

Super kind and helpful, elegant but informal setting. We went to Impastatori Pompetti on a Monday night so the place was popular but not crowded.
There were 4 of us, two adults and two kids, and we chose three traditional pizzas and a special pizza which turned out to be the best (margherita consistency)
Good pizza, excellent dough.
The place offers a game: whoever finds a kiss printed with lipstick on their napkin is honored with a special dessert offered by the house.
We were lucky: my daughter found it! Very pleasant experience.

Driven after watching the episode of Alessandro Borghese's four restaurants, we decided to try this pizzeria and I must say that it definitely exceeded expectations! The care in treating the raw materials, the experimentation and the perfect combination with tradition, are the masters in this very elegant restaurant with attentive and professional staff. Absolutely recommended!

It's not the first time I've been to Configuratori Pompetti and, as always, returning is a real pleasure.
Consistencies of margherita, it remains one of the best ever: simple but perfect, as it should be.
This time I was in company and we tried different types of pizza: each found their favorite, but they were all more than good.
The dough, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking: everything was impeccable.
A special mention for the bombolone.
The service is fast, professional and attentive.
The pizza is particularly good, period.
There is not much else to add except that, every time, you leave wanting to return.

Excellent experience.
Particular and delicious flavours.
Prices are higher than average but adequate for the quality and peculiarity of the products.
A special mention for the carbonara doll and for the "walk on the beach" (megamare) perfect description of the dish!
Helpful and smiling staff.

Siamo stati per il compleanno di mio marito . Che dire un viaggio . Abbiamo preso antipasti : colazione a letto , pizzetta fritta con polvere di pomodoro e maritozzo con pesce . Come pizza una margherita classica , una porcini e funghi e tarte -ton ( sole lei euro 40 ) davvero eccezionali . Ma se posso dire la meraviglia a livello di gusto e’ stata tra i dolci presi la colomba ( lievitato davvero Top ) . I dolci costano 8 euro l’uno . Con acqua una birra ed una coca abbiamo in 3 speso 110 euro. Soldi spesi bene . Torneremo e lo consiglio . Personale gentile

Abbiamo iniziato prendendo il bombolone alla carbonara…ottimo! Pizza davvero molto molto buona, una vera esperienza gourmet. La contemporanea con scampi e crema di formaggi è pazzesca come anche la “consistenze di Margherita”, buona anche la pizza alla pala. I dolci li abbiamo trovati “poco dolci”…non ci hanno convinto pienamente. Nel complesso tutto molto positivo, sicuramente torneremo per assaggiare qualche altra pizza!
