I had a last-minute dinner here; the entire staff welcomed us warmly, gave us excellent advice, and accurately described the product. I opted for the pizza with cuttlefish tagliatelle, sea urchin granita, and miso sauce. For appetizers, we tried excellent carbonara bomboloni and a veal tuna croissant. Everything was delicious. The only downside of the specialty pizzas (the most expensive ones) is that they're a bit heavy due to the elaborate flavors. I recommend sharing them with others so you don't feel overwhelmed and the flavors become a bit overwhelming. Recommended!

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Both by the quality of the ingredients they use and by the innovative flavors that catch your attention as soon as you open the menu. The pizza is very good and the dough is light. However, the bombolone carbonara is the dish that caught my attention the most. An explosion of flavors between sweet and savory, and the crunchiness of the guanciale, truly exquisite. Excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

The "Consistenze" pizza is a must-try, my favorite. This time I had a "plain" Margherita...it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had, superb. The desserts are also a must-try. If you're in Roseto or the surrounding area, this is a must-try! Reservations are recommended! Excellent service, everyone is great.
