The service is always courteous and fast, and the atmosphere is in keeping with the quality of the pizza... And for those who don't want to sit at a table... I went with a group of friends on a Saturday night, and even though it was very crowded, we could talk freely and without shouting. I think they have a very clever system that "absorbs" sound, which I particularly appreciated. The service was impeccable and very fast. The pizzas were very good and easy to digest, and the homemade panettone with its mascarpone cream was indescribable. Highly recommended! 💕

Passing through Roseto, and thanks to the fact that I'd seen the episode of 4 Ristoranti featuring Impastatori Pompetti, I didn't want to miss out on the experience of dining here with a pizza. I must say I limited myself to a classic pizza despite the inviting menu with very interesting options. I really appreciated the dough, as well as the excellent quality ingredients on the pizza. The very kind and attentive staff and the refined atmosphere with unobtrusive background music further enhanced my experience at this place. I will definitely return when passing through Roseto. Kudos also for the research and innovation, even though I stuck to the traditional approach.

The menu is all written out and has its own unique flavor, but perhaps I'd make a chalkboard (with the daily menu?) to make it easier to choose what to eat. The prices are well below average (dishes no more than €6), which is what makes it even more traditional. We had a portion of Scrippelle Mbusse in broth, which was the first time I'd tried it and I was satisfied, along with a portion of Gricia made the old-fashioned way, that is, pasta mixed with sliced ​​guanciale and pecorino cheese, which you can add yourself, and I must say it was delicious. For main courses, we had a portion of cheese and egg balls, which were good, 8 arrosticini, which were also good but average, and veal with potatoes, which was delicious and very tender. Finally, for dessert, we had two cakes, one almost like a zuppa inglese and I really liked it, the other, however, I think it was a ricotta tart, but the alcohol was quite noticeable. The service was impeccable, and we had a wonderful time. The final price was €43, which is truly exceptional, and the quality-price ratio was excellent. Final rating: 9/10.
