I went to Impastatori Pompetti with great expectations, given the name and reputation of the place. Overall, the experience was positive, but with some reservations.
Let's start with the best aspects: the part curated by Francesco is truly top-notch. The most sought-after pizzas are tasty, well-balanced in flavors and with quality ingredients. Even visually they are inviting, and the research behind each combination can be felt. I haven't tried the pinsa, but judging by the appearance it seems excellent.
Where the place disappointed me a bit is in the classic pizzas. The dough does not have that distinctive character that one would expect from a pizzeria of this level: it is a very standard recipe, which can be found anywhere, without any particular notes of personality. It's a shame, because with a mix that matches the general proposal, the place could really make the definitive leap in quality.
Overall, Impastatori Pompetti is a good pizzeria, recommended especially for those who love more refined proposals. If, however, you are looking for an unforgettable margherita or diavola, perhaps you might be a little disappointed.

The Impastatori Pompetti pizzeria is among the best in the province of Teramo, excellent dough with unrefined flours, fillings with many flavors and combinations, there is the possibility of enjoying the fantastic pizzas in the welcoming and well-furnished restaurant or entering the adjacent door Asporto &Co and choose the triangular-shaped pizzas in various flavors, always ready at the counter and continuously replenished. In one way or another definitely highly recommended, to try at least once.

Excellent pizza dough, I recommend the gourmet ones, try them and you will be enchanted by the flavor and lightness, the dessert is crazy.

Fine and innovative food. The consistency of Margherita is excellent. Service was courteous and enthusiastic but never intrusive. Contemporary place that doesn't completely meet my tastes.

Marvelous. Attentive, quick and good.
We went for dinner on a Saturday, staff were prepared and trained, especially towards certain food allergies (serious waiter, with great professionalism, reassures the customer). My friends satisfied with the pans and shovels. I had a plated margherita, I think it's one of the best margheritas I've ever eaten in recent years. I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I couldn't help but do so. Compliments

Volevo venire da tempo ad assaggiare la pizza gourmet , diversa dalle classiche che si mangiano sempre. Fanno un po’ di tutto anche arrosticini. Noi abbiamo optato per due che promettevano davvero molto bene e che ci hanno stupito. I dolci davvero molto buoni, si sentiva che erano fatti in casa, ingredienti genuini e freschi. Il conto si adatta alla particolarità e ricercatezza degli ingredienti. Torneremo per provare la pizza in pala.

Torniamo dopo un’anno e mezzo e confermiamo l’ottima esperienza. Locale carino anche se l’ingresso è un po’ nascosto ed un po’ infelice. Ottimo servizio e sopratutto ottime pizze, in questa occasione ci siamo buttati sulla pala romana e abbiamo assaggiato anche la brioche salata ed il panettone .. tutto di ottimo livello. Pompetti tra top 10 in Italia come qualità e varietà di impasti!
