27/01/2026: If I come for an aperitivo, I'd like to eat something, not just bring me two tiny cicinin. I say, "Aren't you going to give me the usual pizzas and olives?" Fine, but don't even give me two tiny cicinin because otherwise you'll just make a fool of yourself. That's exactly the point of an aperitivo in Italy: in addition to drinking whatever I want, the restaurant owner makes me eat to the point where I have to wonder whether to have dinner or not.
