Despite a lot of people, fast service, I had a fish appetizer and a second course, I found the fish to be very fresh, it melted in the mouth, tender, tasty and without that strong aftertaste typical of fish! The drowned octopus were accompanied by two large, super crunchy and delicious croutons. Well done, I'll be back!

I can only thank those who welcomed us on Saturday evening, at the end of the shift while the tables were being dismantled.
Passing through the beautiful Benevento, we were welcomed with cordiality and availability by the owner and the waiters.
Excellent pizza, which we chose as an appetizer. Like the pasta.
Always available and friendly towards us, despite the time.
Perhaps to be reviewed, perhaps the wine list.

Great location for a beautiful view of the Trajan Arch while dining. I’ve dined here a few times and it never disappoints. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. The digital menu makes it easy to see all of the delicious choices available. I had the orrechiette with asparagus and the scaloppine di vitello. They were excellent and my waiter recommended a Fiano Riserva from Avellino that perfectly complemented my meal. Definitely a meal to remember.

Courteous and attentive service, good food, reasonable price, a stone's throw from Trajan's Arch
Ristorante situato nel centro storico di Benevento, a due passi dal famoso e antico arco di Traiano. Il ristorante è un ristorante storico sulla piazza beneventana ed è gestito dal mitico e simpaticissimo Paolo Moscovio. Durante il periodo invernale è possibile usufruire solo della sala interna che ha una cinquantina di posti (dunque meglio prenotare), a differenza dell’estate dove è possibile usufruire di tavoli all’esterno. Si mangia la classica e tipica cucina beneventana, la cucina fatta in casa di una volta. Fantastico il Cardone che abbiamo provato, personale gentile, educato e simpatico.
