I rarely come across a place like this for a solo dinner for work. Here you will find not only delicious food (in this case I ate a pizza) but you will find quality made of small things, in the choice of strictly Tuscan ingredients, in the choice of producers who know of excellence in the kindness of the capable owner, attentive to the customer and who it will also give you the history of the ingredients used for each course. My opinion can only be very high, even if in these few lines it is difficult to describe this place which deserves the first star of the "guide" whose name the owners will discover as soon as I have the pleasure of assigning it to them. Degustazione di pizze veramente ottima. Ingredienti di prima qualità, le pizze sono tutte fatte con farine diverse e quando ti vengono servite ti viene spiegato una ad una il tipo di farina,gli ingredienti e la provenienza. Servizio veloce accompagnato dalla cortesia della titolare. Come dessert abbiamo scelto degustazione dolci: niente da ridire,tutto buonissimo. Il prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto ad una pizzeria ma ne vale veramente la pena. Ritornerò sicuramente
