On the way to Sarmede we found this restaurant that served lunch, while others only served dinner. The pizza we ate was good, the ingredients fresh. The very nice environment with objects that recall ancient rural times but tastefully furnished. I noticed some cuts of fine meat in the fridge for Florentine lovers, I know they are also useful vegan dishes if necessary. The external part is furnished under the stage where you can enjoy aperitifs and there are also other tables set up outdoors to sit on nice days.

Non è la prima volta che vado a mangiare in questo locale.. anche se il menù è vario, ci vado sempre per mangiare la pizza che apprezzo. Il locale è molto bello, tutto rustico in legno e ben curato! Il personale gentile ed efficiente. C'è molto spazio, anche all'aperto, non sempre ben riparato dal sole.

The place is aesthetically beautiful. Be careful not so much. As soon as we arrived they "prepared" the table for us but when we sat down there were only forks and everything was missing. The waiters are not 100% helpful. When they brought us the pasta, after another 20 minutes the bread and cheese were missing. Of course we asked if they would bring it to us.

A really good pizza with excellent quality ingredients... we were there on a Saturday evening since we were in the area, I must say that the pizza is really good... the dough is very well leavened, the mix of flours is excellent, the makes it slightly crunchy and very digestible. The ingredients are of excellent quality.. the rustic environment is very welcoming and tastefully furnished. The prices are not exaggerated given the quality.. so it was a truly pleasant evening. I will definitely be back to try the grill and some cooking dishes.
