We were recommended by friends. Came here with some good food expectations… however the restaurant itself was a nice surprise for us.. very friendly staff and well ambient atmosphere.
The food wasn’t as good as we expect. I guess depends on what you eat, the mussels were exquisite but the pizza was not our favorite…

There are no words to describe the goodness of the dishes (we had risotto alla pescatora and gourmet coffee) and the kindness of the staff. The tasteful aesthetics, recently renovated, enhance the sophisticated atmosphere of the wonderful village that is Bordighera Alta. We highly recommend

The last time we dined at the Saracen restaurant the old digestion was still there. I must say that with the new management not only has the cuisine improved by maintaining some classic dishes such as risotto exactly as it once was, but they have streamlined the menu and included truly excellent dishes. Delicious desserts. The staff is helpful and attentive. Excellent prices. highly recommended!

Siamo da molti anni fedeli clienti del Saraceno. Il cambio di gestione ci aveva indotto ad essere prudenti prima di dare una valutazione della nuova cucina. Fermo restando che ogni paragone è sicuramente improprio, abbiamo potuto constatare che il cibo è sempre curato e l'accoglienza è cordiale. Il rinnovamento della sala ha, inoltre, reso più accogliente l'ambiente.

hospitality that immediately puts you at ease, they help you choose the dish by pairing it with an excellent bottle of wine (excellent wine cellar), excellent food and, to make sure nothing is missing, excellent homemade desserts.
