I've known this restaurant for years, and it's always a pleasure to return. I recently went with friends and we had a wonderful evening, topped off with excellent dishes (from appetizers to pizzas and focaccias, and even excellent value for money seafood entrees!) and excellent house wine. The owners are friendly and helpful, as is the staff. Highly recommended for an evening filled with an authentic and pleasant atmosphere.

A wonderful rediscovery. The restaurant, tastefully renovated under a young and dynamic management, upholds the restaurant's reputation. The interior has been completely renovated, combining traditional and modern elements, and is very welcoming. The food is plentiful, with quality ingredients and prompt and courteous service. A pleasant experience worth repeating. The risotto "alla Saraceno" is simply spectacular.

Excellent dinner with a pleasant atmosphere!
We've been there for dinner with friends several times now and always had a great time. I'm celiac, and they were very attentive and willing to accommodate my needs and offer dishes suited to my needs.
The owners and staff were friendly, welcoming, and very courteous.
Highly recommended for a pleasant evening with a lovely atmosphere and good food.

Delicious food and friendly, efficient staff.
Located in the upper part of Bordighera, it's nestled in a beautiful setting of brightly lit streets.
Very reasonable prices for a tourist village.
Really tasty pizza.

The food was very tasty and fresh. However, the service wasn't great. After we ordered dessert, we received the bill shortly after, even though we hadn't finished our food or drinks. But otherwise, it was okay.

We ate the famous buckwheat risotto outdoors. It was rich in seafood, very generous, and perhaps a little too runny.

We ordered wine, and it arrived late because we had to remind the waiter as soon as he arrived. The glasses were hot, fresh from the dishwasher. The staff was kind and friendly. As for the chef, the buckwheat rice with fish was, first and foremost, very fresh fish, but the rice was completely undercooked, which was a shame because it gets lost in a glass of water. The chef reiterated that rice cooking is subjective, but if someone is a professional, there's no point in mocking them for a mistake. P.S. Complaints are meant to help us improve, not as a personal insult.

Siamo stati ieri sera con coppia di amici abbiamo mangiato di tutto e di più , ottima cucina , abbiamo provato un piatto tipico che si chiama cappon magro ( credo ) , ci è stata descritto dallo chef al tavolo , piatto fantastico non lo conoscevo prima , servzio ottimo grazie a presto super consigliato

No hago reseñas, pero me siento instado a arrojar luz sobre este “drama” sobre el plato de firmas, el risotto de mariscos y las opiniones de la administración antigua vs.
tldr: Quien se quejó del risotto, simplemente no sabe su s**t.
Es exquisito. . sabor equilibrado, y una porción enorme llena de crustáceos, muy bien vale la pena sus 24 € (precio del menú del 25 de junio).
El personal, amable y atento.
Tenía el risotto, una botella de 75 cl de vino embotellado de la casa helada (que se asemeja a la fruta y la sensación refrescante de un buen Chardonnay ) y un maestro - de - la - casa de arte hecho panacotta, por un total de factura de 49 . 50 .
