Traditional menu of excellent taste, wide choice, generous courses, fair prices, courteous and helpful staff and owners, classic and clean rooms and furnishings inside, terrace accessible in mild climate seasons, not very convenient location excluding the rather limited internal parking, two reserved external areas more than sufficient for customer parking, location in a panoramic area (just outside the building), possibility of walking in dedicated areas a short distance away, ditto for access to "Città Alta" from the nearby Porta San Lorenzo, and path from few knew that leads to the Porta del Soccorso (not passable to access the terrace of San Marco).

Located in a secluded position from the center of the upper city but reachable on foot. Simple, well-executed dishes in a rustic and relaxed setting. Small discount, for those paying in cash, reserved for participants of visits to the nearby Valverde Castle. Parking reserved for customers not far away but pay attention to the free transit times allowed.

Wonderful restaurant!! I often ordered takeaway pizzas since I live nearby. But due to various commitments, unfortunately, it's been years since I've been able to find opportunities to go back or eat on site... Until last Wednesday (27 November). I went with a friend for a pizza and, in addition to being enchanted every time by the decor of the place, simple and rustic as I like it, the pizza I tasted was delicious just as I remembered it: among the favorites I've ever had. ate!! Not only that. Greedy as I am, I let the manager choose for me which dessert to bring me. The dish that arrived was fantastic: I was served with a series of surprise desserts and a lot of kindness, sweetness and friendliness from the manager himself, as well as from all the staff who I have carried among the memories of my heart for years. I will definitely be back to try the remaining desserts! And I highly recommend it to those who, like me, love to eat quality food in a place full of warmth.

Too bad we don't even have frozen bread to serve to celiac customers. Very little is enough sometimes. Sin. Or declare that you cannot satisfy customers with particular intolerances. Sincerity pays much more.
