The mixed fried fish is bland and "industrial," as are the desserts. The Norcina sauce is good, but the pasta, alas, is overcooked (how can you overcook a picio?). There are a few gross errors in the service, which can certainly happen, but shouldn't be, especially when there are only a few tables to serve.

Excellent food and impeccable service, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and dessert. Exceptional value for money, highly recommended.

If you're on the E45 near San Sepolcro, exit at Selci Lama or San Giustino, and five minutes into Pistrino you'll find this restaurant. You might be thinking, "What do you want to find in Pistrino that's worth the detour?" I'll tell you: you'll find an honest restaurant with very well-cooked dishes, excellent ingredients, helpful and fast staff, and very fair prices. The detour is highly recommended, believe me!
