Let's start with the fact that, on a crazy night given how crowded it was, even though we added three more people to my table reservation, they still found a solution. Well done! However, if the service is beyond their capabilities, perhaps it would have been better to turn away the "extra" people... We waited over an hour and a half to enjoy our meal! But the worst thing, for me, was that they served the table next to us first, which arrived after us, I think only because they knew them... it's unprofessional, especially when you have to wait that long. Other than that, the pizza is spectacular and deserves a second chance: I hope with better service.

Last week I went to a birthday party at Pizzeria Provenza in Esanatoia, a well-known place in our area for its delicious pizza and reasonable prices. I noticed some notable changes: the menu is much more comprehensive, but especially the dessert menu, which at first glance seems larger, but in reality is small but excellent.

(I'm from Bari) with my friends we tried this pizzeria on Friday evening as we were staying in Esanatoglia... everything was really excellent, starting from the staff and ending with the dishes... Super satisfied, congratulations again!!!
