I had a fantastic stay at the spring mill. The facility is clean and well-kept. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. But the real gem is the cuisine! The pizzeria and steakhouse are a must: the pizzas are tasty and light, and the steaks are cooked to perfection, you can also find fantastic first courses such as prawns and lime. The value for money is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Acceptable pizzas...so-so service, the big problem was the air conditioning which wasn't there and it was suffocating from the heat...you can't cool a large room with a simple FAN.

The croquettes are really good, however, on a Saturday evening, 1 pizza and a croquettes, 1 hour and a half... I was in one of the two huge rooms... too bad I don't think I'll return. A pizza, a croquettes, a beer and a coke 37 euros

I was here with friends, it had previously been recommended to us for the excellent food, but unfortunately there was nothing excellent.
Starting with the welcome aperitif called "light alcohol" by the waitress which tasted of balsamic vinegar with an unusual opaque rust colour. Proceeding with dishes without infamy and without praise.
At the beginning of the evening we had been asked if we had any intolerances or allergies, but we didn't expect pepper and cheese EVERYWHERE.
There were only two maids and only one knew how to do her job.
Our room was occupied by 3 other tables besides ours but, from 9pm, we still got up at midnight..
Edit post response from the venue: there was an infinite amount of chilli on the grilled vegetables, pepper in the pancakes, in the pasta, some spicy pieces of meat. While clearing the table, a waitress shouted in my ear "I loved, but a little.... The party..".
