Excellent clean restaurant and great food

The place is very nice and functional, table service is excellent, but there are two flaws. 1. On the phone they accidentally didn't put our name on the reservation list 2. The waiter who took the orders was not attentive because I had asked for a pizza with cherry tomatoes on the way out, but they arrived cooked, and the pizza was raw on the crust

We ate at this place on Saturday and I can say that the pizza and the first course we ordered were truly noteworthy. As for the pizza, nothing of the "wagon wheel" or "canotto" kind, as has been so fashionable lately, but a very normal margherita pizza with quality mozzarella and a normal dough, but very good and very light, to the point that we used the crust to make the slipper in the sauce of the larded ziti that we had ordered. A note of demerit: the two dishes arrived in a different order, the pizza took a long time later and I understand the different cooking times but I still don't agree with the timing, apart from this one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten for its simplicity and goodness without frills. The omelettes taken as a starter were also delicious, mine inspired by pasta and potatoes truly lived up to what it promised. Finally, the caprese was the icing on the cake, made according to tradition, which may not be popular given the reinterpretations that are around but if you want to eat the real traditional dessert and not a cocoa cameo, then the humidity of the cake plus the chopped almonds at will are an excellent reason to eat it here. The environment is rustic and welcoming, the girls in the room are very kind.

We stayed in the adjacent B&B which is still under their management. We decided to find a really well-stocked menu and excellent dishes, truly succulent appetizers and the pasta, potatoes and provola were delicious. Friendly, polite and above all helpful staff. The gentleman who cooks the rotisserie chicken is a sweetheart! Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

We spent New Year's Eve in this property, booked by chance but which turned out to be a success, everything was very well looked after, the service was good despite the high number of guests. All the dishes were cooked very well and the portions were also generous. We will definitely be back

Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno in questa struttura, inizialmente eravamo scettici per l elevato numero di ospiti presenti in sala...ma ci siamo ricreduti grazie alla formidabile organizzazione di Rosa e il suo staff hanno sprecato tutte le loro energie per far funzionare tutto alla grande e direi che ci sono riusciti ! Cucina tipica,semplice e presentata bene tutto molto abbondante e piacevole al palato . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente grazie
