Unbelievable, totally worth the drive. Clearly the chef has been trained in places around the world. Food, presentation, tastes, flavors, all fantastic. Prices were VERY reasonable given what you are served. Near Michelin quality for “restaurant in your neighborhood” prices. Blown away!

We've visited Restaurant Pirbamer several times and can only recommend it. Very creative and high-quality cuisine, reasonable portions, and a wide wine selection. The restaurant has been recently renovated and has a very pleasant ambiance. Thanks to Werner and Hannes!

The chef also has excellent cooking stations at Michelin-star level, so he knows his stuff. The dishes are also a visual feast. Our small special requests (vegetarian menu, a little more sauce) were implemented brilliantly. We'll be back. Very harmonious. In South Tyrol, one of the best restaurants for fine dining in a modern setting.
