We have known the Pirbamer restaurant in Unterinn for a long time as a good pizzeria and restaurant. When we were in Unterinn this year after a long time, we noticed the beautiful renovation from the outside. We ate at Pirbamer twice during our vacation. The first time we sat on the newly designed first floor. Unfortunately it was already dark, otherwise we would have had a wonderful view of the mountains. The rest of the restaurant and bar have also been converted very stylishly and with great attention to detail. There is no pizza anymore, but if you enjoy fine South Tyrolean cuisine, you will definitely find what you are looking for at Pirbamer. And the service is still friendly, good and unobtrusive. We ate à la carte on the first evening and were thrilled with the quality and taste of the dishes. The price-performance ratio is also definitely right. On the second evening the chef conjured up a great and very good 4-course menu for us. The recommended wine accompaniment complemented this perfectly. The Unterhofer brothers have created a very nice place to relax and enjoy. And in our opinion the food deserved a “star”.
