We have known the Pirbamer restaurant in Unterinn for a long time as a good pizzeria and restaurant. When we were in Unterinn this year after a long time, we noticed the beautiful renovation from the outside. We ate at Pirbamer twice during our vacation. The first time we sat on the newly designed first floor. Unfortunately it was already dark, otherwise we would have had a wonderful view of the mountains. The rest of the restaurant and bar have also been converted very stylishly and with great attention to detail. There is no pizza anymore, but if you enjoy fine South Tyrolean cuisine, you will definitely find what you are looking for at Pirbamer. And the service is still friendly, good and unobtrusive. We ate à la carte on the first evening and were thrilled with the quality and taste of the dishes. The price-performance ratio is also definitely right. On the second evening the chef conjured up a great and very good 4-course menu for us. The recommended wine accompaniment complemented this perfectly. The Unterhofer brothers have created a very nice place to relax and enjoy. And in our opinion the food deserved a “star”.

Not only the palate but also the eye is thrilled. We often go to Pirbamer and every time it is a real treat. This time it was so good again that I have to share it😉 My wife and I shared all the appetizers, but we couldn't have chosen a favorite, everything was so great! My wife loved the sturgeon and I loved the piglet belly. Not only was it fried super crispy, the sauce and side dishes were also super tasty. Werner, great job! Hannes, thank you for the great service and the information about the food! We would love to come back 👍

We had a great evening, thank you very much 👍🏼 The ambience with this view, absolutely amazing. We had 4 courses a la carte, a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and aperitif drinks. Price performance, absolutely great. Conclusion: the food is definitely worthy of a star

Great development. _____ A wonderful place: very warm hospitality from the two brothers. Great ambience and very, very good food with a great variety of flavors. The chef also has excellent star level cooking stations so he knows how to do it. Dishes are also a visual feast for the eyes. Our small special requests (vegetarian menu, a little more sauce) were implemented very well. We'll be back. Very consistent. One of the best restaurants in South Tyrol for fine dining in a modern ambience.

La comida era increíble, y tienen una maravillosa selección de vinos. Las vistas desde la planta superior son impresionantes (comimos abajo, pero hemos visto fotos).
