Dinner. 3 portions Fried bread with raw ham and burrata (so delicious), Paela Valenciana X4 (very good and plentiful), dessert (2 cheesecakes and 2 chocolate and mint semifreddo), 2 sparkling waters, 2 beers, 2 glasses of Arneis wine and 4 coffees, 30 Euros per person. What can I say, honest price, perfect service, excellent quality. We had a great time. RECOMMENDED

We asked for two takeaway pizzas, one came with a regular shape, the other, well, you judge, was quite strange and small, €17.50 for two pizzas, one of which seems like it was for a child, it seems a bit expensive to be honest... I don't know what the pizza chef smoked, but it's not the first time...

We ate the Calabrian pizza and the one with porchetta, both well cooked with quality products. Very good Carrú draft beer.

Simple and modern pizzeria restaurant: a little chilly atmosphere, and very helpful staff. I only ate take-away pizza, which was really good: you can also order over the phone. However, first choice for a good, quick meal for those who pass by here... I would say not suitable for special occasions. Promoted, anyway!

Modern, well-kept and clean environment. Excellent pizza and delicious desserts (exceptional tiramigiu!). Young and very friendly service.....we will definitely return every time they happen to be in Carrù!

21/05/2025: La comida, así como el servicio profesional y amable que experimentamos en este restaurante fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos! Para cenar tuvimos una especialidad local muy sabrosa llamada plin piemotesi agli arrosti y Boeche di Rosa - solo deliciosos entrantes. La mayoría de sus ingredientes son de origen local. El entrecote también fue cocinado a la perfección. La selección de vinos ofrece una amplia selección de vinos en su mayoría italianos y algunas importaciones a precios razonables! Al día siguiente tuvimos un fantástico pizze para el almuerzo. El propietario hace todo en “Casa” (casero). ¡Es un verdadero experto en la producción y fermentación de la masa de pizza! ¡Esto se hace evidente ya que no tienes una barriga pesada después de la pizza! Poseía una pizzería en el sur de Italia antes de mudarse a Cuneo y hacerse cargo del Crusco con su hijo. Solo puedo recomendar este excelente restaurante de gestión familiar!
19/05/2025: La pizza è molto buona, gustose preparata con ingredienti di qualità. Buona la scelta tra pizze. Da provare anche i dolci fatti in casa.
