30/10/2024: I went to Ciro's Il Lattaio in Rende and overall it was a good experience, although there are some aspects that could improve. The venue is very spacious, so great for groups and families, but unfortunately this also means that it can be a little too noisy and chaotic, especially on the busiest evenings. Speaking of food, the pinsa is really good! The dough is light and crunchy, and you can feel that the raw materials are of high quality, which really makes the difference. The staff are friendly and helpful, although with all the people there you can tell they are doing their best to keep up with everything. A little more organization wouldn't hurt, as would some more attention to make the environment less chaotic. Ultimately, Ciro's Il Lattaio is a place with excellent potential, perfect for those looking for a good pinsa in a lively environment. If they could manage the chaos of crowded evenings better, it could become a regular stop!
