On the occasion of the Epiphany, my wife and I, after having booked a little in advance, had lunch in this restaurant located on the Guardia Piemontese seafront and I must admit that eating inside, in a bright environment, with well-laid tables and at the right distance, behind an immense glass window with a beautiful view of the sea which is just a few steps away, it is something extraordinary. We ate the so-called "highlights" of this place, namely the Frissurata della Regina, an excellent first course of Tagliolini submerged in lots of fish served on a steel pan, and then the legendary Frying by the metre, in our case in reality half a meter, with a variety of fish ranging from the inevitable prawns and squid to others which naturally vary according to the availability of the season, but on average there are at least 6/8 types of fish, all accompanied from a good fresh white wine, mineral water and finally two coffees. The cost was 70 euros, which is in line with almost all other restaurants in the place where you can eat good fish. Finally, applause also goes to the dining room staff, professional, helpful, smiling, which doesn't hurt, and very importantly, always present but never intrusive. The Miramare is a truly pleasant place, with attention to the smallest details, well looked after and clean, very kind staff, All the dishes were excellent, from appetizers to pizza. The seafood risotto is sublime, the queen's frissurata is an amazing dish and the frying by the meter is the Top. Absolutely recommended 💯💯💯💯💯💯

We arrived for lunch a little expensive, the quality/price ratio was particularly high for the €19 starter. Lower the prices a bit otherwise we won't see you again

Abbiamo prenotato con un gruppo di amici è stata un'esperienza che a na avviso va benissimo la frittura al metro và bene 1/2 m direi a mio avviso ottimo per due persone ma abbiamo preso anche un risotto agli scampi da dividere sempre in due. Tutto bagnato con un bianco frizzante. Il personale di sale gentilissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e per non dimenticare una vista sul mare stupenda.
