Easter day, very abundant Easter lunch menu, Starter: with truffle focaccia, mixed cured meats, cheese pizza and soft caciotta. 2 first courses: Tortellini in broth; cannelloni. 3 seconds: Boiled chicken and beef; Roast lamb; Veal rump with mushrooms. 2 Side Dishes: Artichokes (I think they are au gratin) Spinach. Sweet; Colomba stuffed with cream and pistachio; 1 coffee sorbet and one lemon sorbet. Drink; 1 liter of local white wine from Metauro, and half a liter of red from the same area; 3 liters of water. We closed it all with 4 coffees. It seemed like a wedding lunch to me, I have never eaten so well and so much in my life for the right amount of money. Fast and well-organized service, the staff was very friendly. I will definitely return when I am on the road or return to Fossombrone, a small but fascinating town crossed by the Metauro river.
