Characteristic restaurant a few steps from the center of Bivona. Overall I found a decent quality, but a special mention goes to the ricotta: truly excellent, I appreciated it very much.

Top-notch pizzeria. Professional and attentive service. Optimal waiting times. The friendliness of the owners and staff makes you feel at home. A choice of different types of dough and top-quality products. A privilege for the area to have a pizzeria like this, awarded several times at a national level.

13/05/2025: L'accueil est très chaleureux. La patronne et le serveur tunisien sont très attentionné.e.s et aux petits soins, le soleil dans leurs sourires. Les plats et vins étaient excellents. Petite terrasse calme dans une ruelle. Allez-y en toute confiance.
20/03/2025: Scrivere di questo posto solo perchè ho mangiato bene, lo trovo riduttivo: quanto valgono OGGI accoglienza (a cominciare dalla scalinata che vi porterà da Perbacco) gusto, passione e cura per il locale? Valeria piccola grande artista e padrona di casa eccellente, mi fa desiderare sempre di tornare a trovarla anche per la particolarità del luogo, non fa mancare nulla, non il solito ristorante, ma il posto giusto dove sentirti coccolata con discrezione dolcezza e preparazione. Infine il cortile tipico come il locale ( cuore del centro storico) di grande personalità, curatissimo ed amato! Ma quanto vale tutto questo? certamente tanto quanto il cibo: tantissimo! Superconsigliato.

15/02/2025: Very great homemade food, cooked with fresh and great ingredients. The owner Giuseppe was very nice and friendly, very recommended for a road break!
13/02/2025: I was in this restaurant a few weeks ago: a business lunch. The location is not the best, the place is normal, what is not normal is the cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom), the quality of the raw materials used for the dishes and the kindness of Mr Giuseppe, who prepares very good bread, is also super. I will definitely come back, also to try the pizza.
