Ristorante Pizzeria L'Etrusco In Prato

24/08/2025: Friendly waiters, very normal atmosphere, the pizza was very good! The fish was soft, I was afraid it would be rubbery, but instead I was satisfied. The bill was reasonable for what we ordered. The pizza chef was so kind and we liked it a lot, he worried about us missing something, and the blonde girl in charge is really organized, I liked her a lot, plus she's very prompt and noticed there was a mistake in the bill and corrected the receipt, very good, not many do that. The guy who was there learning yesterday seemed really eager to learn and was excellent at serving our table! We hope to see him again. We'll be back 😊
