Una piacevole sorpresa dell’ultimo minuto della domenica. Locale gestito da un giovane cuoco molto attento alla materia prima. Da premiare lo spirito imprenditoriale del titolare. Pesce fresco e cucinato con buona tecnica. Sicuramente torneremo per provare i crudi e la pasta al riccio di mare. Bravi!!!

Un locale nuovo, o meglio è nuova la gestione, peccato che la gente non lo sappia, quanta fatica trovare un buon ristorante di pesce ed invece eccolo qui in un angolo nascosto. Chef Robin è attentissimo nella scelta di materie prime di qualità elevata ed è uno sperimentatore. Un ristorante certamente da tenere d’occhio. Consiglio vivamente di provare
