Ristorante Pizzeria le Arcate In Bologna

Booked a bit at the last minute with 50% of TheFork, scared of not finding a parking space, but they advised us to put it on some zigzag lines in front (it being 10pm) which I haven't yet fully understood what they represent. At the waiter's suggestion we went for an appetizer with fried gnocco and tigelle, with cold cuts, cheese and a tray with a mix of mushrooms, peppers and pickles (not our favorites but we never throw food away). First course tortellini with cream, truffle and parmesan flakes, truly excellent Secondly I have an octopus sandwich, my girlfriend has Bolognese cutlets To finish, I had apple pie and she had creme brulee All good in the end, the only flaw is the bathroom, as much as I really like the water pedals at the sink, what was missing was a lock on the bathroom doors... Which in a scatological emergency phase like mine, generated a bit of anxiety... Even in the women's bathroom it was the same without a lock.. Maybe because it was late, I don't know, but otherwise everything was very nice and the staff were helpful

👍 A good restaurant, perhaps it's better as a pizzeria but all in all I've always had enjoyable dishes. The wine is also very enjoyable, with a good selection to choose from. 🥂 I ate here both for dinners with a few close friends and for parties with many people, in both circumstances I had a good time

nice place and staff, we took two first courses but I think they are more inclined towards pizzas, we should have taken those

Top pizza and staff, absolutely recommended

Abbiamo provato la cucina ma devo dire che anche la pizza ci ispirava. Pasta e ragù bolognese di loro produzione, si sentiva davvero la differenza. Anche i piatti a base di pesce squisiti. Ambiente informale e molto accogliente, personale alla mano e servizio super veloce nonostante il locale pieno. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti, ritorneremo sicuramente passando per Bologna!

Locale accogliente, personale efficiente e gentile, dal proprietario alla ragazza che ci ha servito. Primi piatti molto ben strutturati, buoni anche alla vista. Ottima l'idea del parmigiano dop in scaglie, croccante al palato che accompagna i balanzoni su vellutata di zucca e gorgonzola. Buona selezione di vini locali e del Salento. Frittura non proprio top ma nella norma data la zona.
